Sign was very reasonably priced, and looks great! The only thing I would say could be improved was that there were no installation instructions included at all, so the electrician hooked it up and didn't immediately see that we had other parts (the transformers) set aside elsewhere, we blew out the lights in the sign so they had to be replaced. That said, the company shipped us a whole new set of lights for only the cost of shipping! Also, in the beginning they checked to make sure that we had our permits and such before starting to create the sign, so that we wouldn't end up making a sign that didn't comply with local regulations. Very good customer service.

I am radically updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars, but with some info. I now have an excellent exterior, lighted business sign; far better than anyone else in our business court. It's large (10'x3'), it's easy to read from the highway, and easily seen at night. The color and font match my specifications exactly. It came packed in a solid wooden crate with perfect padding to protect it. It was easily installed and is very well illuminated UPSIDE: I got a great sign for an exceptional price, DOWNSIDE: It was a long, painful process. Do not assume anything. Question everything. 1) Be very careful what type of sign you are ordering. The first option they offered was basically a DIY Build-Your-Own-Sign option. I was lucky enough to realize that just prior to production and ordered an upgrade to a lightbox. 2) Review every detail and pay very close attention to photos and installation instructions they send before approving anything. They installed the wrong lights in mine. I caught the error looking at production pictures. They changed the lights at their expense. 3) Be prepared to wait. Instead of getting the sign in 7 to 10 business days after approval, I waited MONTHS. Throughout this process, I got tons of apologetic emails and phone messages with promises of delivery, but they missed numerous promised deadlines. In the end, I got an excellent sign at an excellent price, but you have to decide if the wait is worth the price.

Complete and total disaster! They shipped me a box of letters for $4,700. This was supposed to be a complete sign not only letters.

They continue to deflect and blame this on me stating that I approved the sign. I approved a sign not a box of letters.

Then, I took the letters, lined them up on a board to test and they don’t work. They offered 2k and for the lights to be replaced under warranty.

I will never do business with this company. Do your research!

Good customer service, great quality, quick turnaround

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Incredibly fast and responsive. Very patient with me. Provided excellent designs and spec sheets. Will be doing business with them again.

The sign I ordered was of a painting I made for my Local Artisans business. It was perfect to the coloring and graphics as well as font for the wording and size option that I required. Very well crafted and excellent quality. I also want to thank them for the service and updates on the progress of the project. It was fast and delivered as promised.

Great job making a sign for our new, small business at a very reasonable cost. The sign arrived on-time, was not damaged, and was exactly as requested. Will use signs.inc again!

I was a bit confused about why my sign came with 2 separate power cords and dimmers coming out of it. BUT apart from that... The process was smooth, the design came out great, and overall very happy with my new Arcade Neon sign. Would definitely use signs.inc again

Hi, I had made a previous review on December 18th. The logo had previously arrived damaged in transit. By January 12th I had already received a replacement logo. They called me once, and proceeded with the replacement speedily. I have updated my review to 5 stars. I would highly recommend signs.inc. Their service was quick and efficient. I probably spoke to 4 different customer service reps while I was trying to decide, but they all had the latest information and carried on the conversation without a beat. Throughout the whole process, they have many steps that you need to provide your approval before they will go to the next phase. They provide the mock-ups with pantone and visuals. I wasn't sure whether the finished product would be what I was envisioning, but everything was perfect. I would definitely use signs.inc again.

I like sign.inc it just one thing. Make sure your final sign where everything is proportion correctly. I have a star on my sign, when they change the dimensions for your sign they change the entire thing so the star got distorted and turned out not like what I want. I hope this review let sign.inc know that they should be more careful with small detail n people sign. This is partially my fault for assuming that it would make sense to keep the star, star shape. Over all good customer service.

The service was great and fast. They provide approval at various stages. Shipped quickly. But one of the pieces arrived damaged in freight and we will need to request a replacement

The customer service we received from the beginning was exceptional. They worked with us until we got the product the way we wanted it. They provided a mock up of the product so we could view it and know what we were ordering.
The product we ordered came shipped to us and each piece was hand wrapped and taped. All colors schemes matched and products looked amazing!

At the end of October I ordered a backlit sign for my storefront, I received it sometime in November and it was cracked on one corner and the lights were so strong it was blinding. I reached out and purchased a dimmer and I was promised a new acrylic font replacement. Now it’s December and the lights completely stopped working. The company offered a replacement of the LED module but nothing has been delivered or replaced yet since November. I would have to pay the electrician again for replacing all of those parts and the company doesn’t want to offer a partial refund. I’ve been dealing with this for over 2 month which delays everything for me. I doubt I’ll have it delivered and ready before this year ends. It’s been stressful and a frustrating process. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because they are responsive and the design is nice but my concern is quality since every item delivered to me was defective.

This was quick easy and they delivered exactly what they promised. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. Great experience.

I love this interior business signage. 10/10 would recommend. I’ll be back for future business.

TOTAL SCAM!! I paid over $2,000 for a sign for my business to this “company” and totally got scammed. They gave me a good mock up and seemed to know what they are talking about, but when it came to actually making my sign, they failed to connect me with the “production crew”.
They will take your money, string you along, then the phone numbers will stop working.
Don’t make the same mistake I did! Avoid Signs.Inc at all costs!!
