I needed a replacement part for my Silverback ski machine. Steve solved the issue and sent the required part out to me rapidly and passed on all tracking info etc. Very happy with my experience.

Got myself a pair of some heavy adjustable dumbells. Steve was amazing with the customer service, he delivered and showcased me the product himself, was knowledgeabled and kind asnweing any concerns of mine and was just an overall cool guy. Would seriously recommend buying from him and his store.

I’m not sure where to start ….. from my first ever email to Steve he has been amazing. I was starting with an empty studio so needed lots of equipment. Steve was very speedy with his replies and getting prices back to me which made the whole process even easier. After placing my order Steve kept me informed about delivery dates and when my equipment had even arrived to him. He personally delivered the equipment and was even able to help us put the equipment together - for a small fee (as we had never done anything like that before) Everything was absolutely spot on for what we needed and we are so happy with the studio :-) My clients all love the equipment and we are truly thankful that we came across Sliverback Gym Supplies - we will definitely be back for more equipment :-)

Excellent service

Just purchased the dumbell stand to go with the weights. My advice folks is buy the package and save a few quid. That aside I am very pleased with the stand. Easy to build very sturdy and well made . The company were amazing with communication through out the process five stars all round

Third time returning to Silverback Gym Supplies for home gym needs. As usual, a reliable service / decent no-bull products. This time I purchased the 32kg adjustable dumbells which feel sturdy. would recommend Silverback and will return!

I was a bit cautious and nervous at first, as Silverback is a relatively new business.
But Steve, the CEO is fantastic, as are his products.
Steve communicated well, really helpful and delivered all the items for my home gym personally and on time. All of the equipment was brand new and in perfect condition.
