So I ordered a subscription but after opening the first box, I checked with my doctor & found out it would interfere with current blood pressure medications. I went to the website to cancel subscription but could not figure out how or find the option so I "skipped" the next delivery so I'd have time to figure it out. Unfortunately I forgot & after the skip, received another box following month. I immediately went to their website to cancel but had to Google, "how to cancel subscription on Silver Fern". Google gave me clear instructions so I was able to cancel on the Silver Fern website. However, they sent out another box the following month even though I had cancelled & not visited their website since cancelling!
Previous 2 orders I paid the satisfaction guarantee but it was not included in the most recent order (that I did not make).
Why you should pay the for the Satisfaction Guarantee: You can return unopened items for up to 90 days & they pay shipping. WITHOUT it, you can only return for 30 days since delivery & buyer pays shipping.
So I was really unhappy w/ this company until I realized I can return 2 unopened boxes for a refund. I'll have to pay a 5% restocking fee & shipping of $7 for one box.
I will update my review after receiving my refund.

Their products are truly higher quality than all the items I've purchased from other vendors who say theirs are "top quality, 3rd party tested". I have several of their supplements and plan to order the entire gut health stack. So far, the supplements I'm taking, I've seen improvements: Metabolism, liver complex, women's whole food vitamin, hair, nasal spray, nano gel and stress complex. I love their marketing, it truly is informational/educational not just an advertisement. I have discontinued all other supplements from other vendors. Silver Fern Brand is now the only product that will be in my health regimen. If you're looking for the absolute best ingredients in supplements with the highest grade & quality, Silver Fern Brand is what you should consider. This is why I rate them a 5 star. Silver Fern Brand hosts many helpful supplements. If I were rich, I'd have them all. Right now I need the targeted therapy for my acid reflux symptoms and liver support. If you need support, call. The company is very receptive and will help. They have even cancelled an order for me, since I had overstock in my cupboard. Subscription is cheaper, but stopping an order or cancelling is easy. Love this company!
