Silverrainsilver Reviews

Had to contact customer service due to an issue where my delivery address had defaulted to some random one which was invalid.
Spencer was amazing, he sorted the issue out and despite it not being anyone’s fault, just some glitch in the system, has shipped the order out again which should hopefully arrive before Christmas. Silver Rain will now be my go-to for gifts though I’ll be keeping a close eye on the shipping details. Thank you all and Merry Christmas.

Love everything I have had from this site. Everything is so unusual and lovely. Great value too and always quick delivery.

I have bought many pairs of earrings from silver rain and I love every pair, all great quality.

I've ordered some items from this company and I have been thrilled with every purchase. I've just received my latest purchase of mismatched earrings an oak leaf and an acorn in sterling silver. They're a perfect size and beautiful 😊

Beautiful earrings.
However one of the hooped earings arrived broken.
Ive tried to contact the company several times with no response

My daughter and I have ordered numerous times from this website and we are always delighted with the earrings and quality. Always despatched speedily and a great price for the lovely quality. I did have an issue with my last order. The first time I wore the earrings I was taking them off and one of the posts snapped off. This has never happened before with any of the jewellery I’ve purchased from silver rain before. I contacted customer services and Emma was delightful and arranged for replacements asap. Delighted as I now have my new favourites and this pair is fine. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!

I have purchased several earrings from Silverrain ,I love all my purchases. They are so pretty and affordable. I get lots of comments when I wear them.

Beautiful earrings I received the other day. Bought for birthday and Christmas presents. Delivery was quick too. They quickly resolved and issue with my delivery that was not their fault. Really happy with the service. Their communication with me was excellent.

Beautiful sterling silver jewellery! Very good quality, very good communication and very quick delivery! I strongly recommend it! It's my second purchase.Thank you!

Worst quality jewellery, claws rings earrings poorly made and catch and scrstch everythjng

I ordered two pairs of earrings for gifts. Delivery was taking longer than expected so I emailed for help and I got a very quick and helpful reply from Chloe - turned out I didn’t need the help as they were delivered that day (entirely due to Royal Mail not Silver Rain for the delay). I’m very happy with the earrings and hope the recipients will be too!

Beautiful earrings. My daughters love them. I had an issue with the order at my end. Emma resolved the problem immediately and my order was delivered in a couple of days. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Always good quality jewellery and quick delivery, very pleased with my purchases

I've had some fabulous earrings from this company now and will definitely shop with them again. Great service

Honestly my favourite jewellery online store. I’m in love with their little silver stud earrings and I’ve bought several pairs. From their little zircon studs to their cute little enamel hearts, all made to a superior standard and quality. And their little animal earring are simply adorable!! So cute and such amazing detail.
Their delivery is really quick and it comes in a cute velvet pouch so ideal for gifting too!
You honestly will not be disappointed.

I've been admiring this site for a while. Having worked in the jewellery trade, there's not much I haven't seen.
I just received my first 2 pairs of earrings and my partner has ordered 2 more for my birthday.
I am impressed by the quality of these earrings. I love them!!! You will not be disappointed! Not only are they a great price but they are well made.

Only discovered Silver Rain recently but they have a huge range of cute earring designs. I ordered from Etsy and everything arrived on time and was just as I expected. All very fairly priced and each item is packed in its own little velvet pouch. I’ll be back to order more, as gifts and for myself!

I've bought 7 or 8 pairs of earrings now. Love them all. Great quality and excellent customer service. Will definitely buy more.

I was having trouble finding cute silver earrings to replace my plain sleepers that weren't poor quality metal, or way out of my budget (with 3 sets of lobes as well as 2 cartilage piercings I had a lot to replace).
Found this seller on etsy and they had absolutely everything I was looking for, as well as a sale on their own site. My order arrived in less than a week despite shipping to Australia from the UK, and I'm obsessed! The tormaline is so cute, and I love having pink heart shaped earrings. Thank you!!!

Ordered 3 pairs of earrings on Wednesday this week and they arrived on Saturday. They are beautiful! Small but not delicate and absolutely perfect, I couldn’t be happier!
