So, since my last review on whatever these ppl are, I finally got my items after two months and four days of waiting.

Recap, my 41st birthday was Feb 15th so I decided I'd buy myself a few gifts and stumbled upon Silversal, making the purchases on the 2nd and getting the confirmation email. On Feb 10th, I hadn yet received an update on when my items would even be shipped as it stated "awaiting shipment" and I noticed the contact number was COMPLETELY FABRICATED, email was the ONLY form of communication, meaning no one would respond or it'd take a while to respond, aaaane the address listed looked like it wasn't theirs. So I disputed this transaction with my credit union on Feb 11th because of this and after reading these reviews.

The day after this dispute, I got an email saying my items had shipped... Mhmm. Ok. Cool. I occasionally tried tracking this package on the site throughout the month but since it's overseas I suppose, it never changed.

Then BLAM! March 19th I see an informed delivery notification in my USPS, United States Postal Services account- "ACCEPTANCE". Now I'm still tracking it on Silversal's website but it's still the same: Tracking Unavailable.

What's odd is that in my informed delivery it's showing the package is in transit but when I click for more information it says "package not found or does not exist". Though when I put the tracking number into the tracking field, I get tracking history 🤔.

April 6th, I FINALLY got SOMETHING from Silversal... My package, only two of the five items I ordered, the earmuffs and a dress, although the dress does not look as it does on the website, it is close. But now the other items I received look NOTHING like what I ordered on this site.

The white knee-high stockings I bought were just ankle high socks and a male cat with huge puff balls print on the back. The two hat/mask combos I bought were just fuzzy hats, and the Match Energy pullover I bought wasn't even here. It became a WHOLE NUTHER LONG SLEEVED AFRICAN FLAG DRESS I din even order WITH it's own jewelry.

Naturally, I emailed them about this issue that same day 4/6/26... three times, since they insisted on emailing me with more merchandise promotional info. I got a response 4/8/26, and they're preparing to reship the correct items. So we'll see how this progresses.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Silversal. I placed an order 13 days ago. I received a confirmation email the day I placed the order and haven’t received any update since. Reading the reviews, I see that this is common for this company. I’m very disappointed and not sure when I’ll receive my package. I purchased one of the items for a wedding and I don’t know if I’ll have it by then. I’m very disappointed.

Compré una sudadera por 40 €,que en la foto era de una calidad muchísimo mejor y de otro tejido. Cuando vi lo que recibí,me pareció muy engañoso. Escribí a la empresa para quejarme de lo que me habían enviado y que no correspondía con la calidad ni el tejido de la foto,a lo que me respondieron que tenía que pagar yo los portes de la devolución, a lo cuál me negué rotundamente . Tras varios intentos, lo di por perdido. Me parece un robo y un engaño que me encantaría denunciar.

Do NOT waste your money. I ordered hoodies. The material is like polyester. The stitching is very obvious and inconsistent. I’m not going to waste my money to send them back. My dogs can use them to sleep on. They should be ashamed of themselves that they are taking people’s money for this garbage.

They are only receiving one star because I couldn't give them zero! I ordered a hoodie 10/11/2025 and have not received it. I emailed them back in November and was told 12 business days. Nothing! I have been emailing them, sending screenshots of the order without any response. I will never order from them again

I ordered a Coach swing short dress and received a long CC dress after 3 months and when I finally got a response they asked me to send it back and pay shipping, I said wait on it!! first you sent me the wrong item and you have the nerve to want me to pay to have it sent back with no telling if I'll ever receive the item I actually tried purchasing? I don't think so

I ordered two hoodie sweatshirts that looked beautiful online but completely different when received. I have never seen that type of material before for hoodies; it looks thin and cheap. Please don’t scam people, it will not last long.

I would never order, from this company again. I received my order after two months. I text them about returned my order....no one has replied yet. Item are poorly made. SMDH

They sent me three items (too small) that I didn’t ask for and not what I ordered. If items are out of stock refund me don’t just send me some crap because that what it was. I don’t even wear two piece outfits. Waited two months to get what I didn’t order.

I did not receive my last purchase of an off the shoulder blouse from them that I paid for. They kept sending me shipping receipts stating that it was delivered. It was not delivered to my house in Laurel, MD.
I kept telling them and they would not listen. I don’t think they were truthful to me.
That is 25.00 dollars I have lost. I will not purchase from them anymore.

Be careful ordering anything from this company. I ordered some thing and it took them almost 3 weeks to a month to receive the item. I canceled it they wouldn’t let me items were delivered and thrown into my neighbors yard and they will not refund my money after I returned their item be careful with this company

BEWARE!! This is a scam website!! I ordered from this company, after seeing ads on Facebook. I ordered on August 8th and as of today September 12th, I have not received anything. The tracking is basically non-existent, it doesn't tell you anything. I reached out to the company a couple of weeks ago and I got a reply by someone named Janko that it would be arriving in 12 days. Twelve days passed and I never received anything. I found this site and I see that several of you have had the same experiences as I have had. This is a company in China who is basically scamming their customer base for this clothing--black women!! Please don't believe any of the good reviews on here, if you've noticed, all the good reviews are people who have not received their items yet, just the ease of ordering. Of course there's ease of ordering, because they want to steal our money, so they make that part easy! I used a buy now pay later service, so hopefully I am covered to get my money back. By the way, I checked the site on 9/11/2025 and it is gone, silversal.com website is GONE!! I just hope all the people who like me who paid for items and never received anything, are able to get their money back. There ought to be some laws to stop this from happening!!

Very nice I am very happy with the items from clothing to accessories etc. Looking forward to shopping for more the prices is very affordable. Thank You For Your Service!!!

Very nice dress and Dress is as pictured but the sizing is very misleading. Definitely size up by 2

It is awful company no phone to contact them a month in full waiting for package bad experience cause when I look track number it says notice undelivered went to post office no tracking of lastest good and today august 28 saying pick up delivery in which without tracking you can't pick up unless you have orange paper I call went in person and nothing resolved unbelievable rip off notice it is ridiculous I think this ppl are scammers but I let them know or my refund or police report for theft will come for them .

I was just about to order from this company and something told me to read the reviews and Lord behold, the reviews done told it all... Waiting a month to receive your stuff is crazy work & I'm glad I read the reviews before ordering.... This is bad business at its highest
