Love the towel. My skin feels awesome!

I love my Sima towel so much that I bought one for everyone in the family. Now I have a face towel too

What makes my experience great its because my skin 1000 per cleaner than it as ever been i used all kinds of things but your product is top of the quality

Great product, skin feels clean, refreshed and silky

But I’m having a lot of problem with itching. I had it before I even started using the product so I know it’s not the product. Do you have anything I could use baby to help some of that itching that would be wonderful thank you.

I will be 65 this year. I have tried so many products to give me the smoothness and softness your product does. I love your products. They definitely make a difference for my skin. It would be great if you brought out a line of products for our skin as it ages. Most companies offer products for specific age groups which is great but we need products that nourish our skin so we can combat the signs of aging.

I ordered 2 towels as gifts. My husband and I loved ours so much that we bought some as gifts.

I have not yet received my last order but I cans say that I love the principle of the soft exfoliation towel.
This is the reason for my second order.
I recommend it to everyone, the skin is so soft.

Wouldn't be without it. It makes my skin so soft!

I purchased 3 towels and received a free face towel. I was disappointed when I used the towel as I found it too gentle and did not feel that it exfoliate any skin. I contacted Customer Service and after a week, received a response saying I could get $10 refund and keep the towels.
I responded to Customer Service (Salia) stating that I wanted a full refund and dud not want to keep the towels. Customer Service responded by offering a 50% refund and to keep the towels.
My response was that I wanted my full refund as stated by their money guarantee. Customer Service responded that I could return the "unused towels in their original packaging" and receive my refund based on their inspection. I was to inform them of the tracking number. No offer was made for refunds on the cost of mailing as stated on their website in the Q&A section.
Just be aware when purchasing that their offer to try the towel and if not satisfied, you'll get your money back. They do not make refunds on opened/used products.

I gave many of these as Christmas gifts they were all excited to use them and liked them very much.

I have only used once as just received and love the way it makes my skin feel and look.

After I received my first order and I used the exfoliating towel in the shower I was hooked. I love that you can use it on your back without having to use another tool. The back scratcher side feels great and the exfoliating is wonderful.

I ordered 3 towels on December 3, as Christmas gifts. I promptly received a confirmation email with an order number and then received a second email with a tracking number. Looked like things were on track but then towels did not arrive and now order number and tracking number don’t work. I emailed the company twice with no response. Very disappointed with lack of customer service. .

Everything was great. But at check out i didn't receive my 15% I think it was, discount. I notified u. Don't know if I ever got a small refund. But the product is great. My husband loves his and I gave one to each kids and grandkids

I have emailed your company twice asking for the rest of my order. I ordered and paid for 12 items and received 3. No one has responded to my emails. I would now like to return the 3 items received and get my full refund for my purchased 12 items but no one has even advised how I can return the 3 received. I’m very disappointed.
