I broke the screen of my tablet and they helped me.sense they didn’t had the parts they send me a newer model. Im very thankful now I can start my drawing !

Had an issue with this item, contacted customer service, and received a brand new one in replacement. A great company to deal with. They listen, which is pretty unusual in today’s world. Excellent fast service. Highly recommended company to deal with.😁

The team was beyond helpful and patient. Instructions were clear and all correspondence was polite and professional. We were able to get our tablet replaced under warranty with ease.

Had an issue with the usb port of my A12 and the support was really helpful. The tablet was eventually replaced in no time !

Top service. After an issue under guarantee i have been proposed to repair or simple replace (with a small) additionnal fee. In 1 week everyhing was sorted and my daughter was happy again. I highly recommend.

A piece of the screen on my daughters tablet broke after 6 months of use. I contacted Simbas under the warranty, paid $60 for shipping and to fix the screen. They ended up sending her a brand new upgraded tablet.

I am.super impressed by my recent experience with Simbans! My daughter's drawing tablet which we got last year July got broken and I reached out to them on repair, but guess what? We ended up with a brand new tablet (a newer version) for the cost of a repair because the parts weren't available! They were so prompt in responding to emails and gave updates all through the process. Thank you for your professionalism!

The ipad is very good and easy to use. I love the pen that comes with it and the glove fit perfectly. It did broke once (somehow, and for that im taking 1 star down) but it quickly got fixed and brought back to me. Its great for beginners too.

Superb customer service. We had a problem with our tablet that was a gift to our daughter and they just handled it. I sent an email outlining the issue and after a couple of prompt back and forth conversations we were able to come to a resolution. This is even with me not being the most responsive. There was no B.S. I had never worked with this company before and had no idea how things would go. Well, I don't write many reviews, but here I am writing one for them. They've got your back and will help you!

My daughter broke her tablet and was heartbroken. We contacted Simbans and they were very quick in helping us line up a repair. They were very detailed in the repair process. Once they received the tablet for repair they said they no longer were producing that model. They decided to send us a brand new upgraded model for the cost of the repair. Wonderful, genuine, and fast consumer service. Great job Simbans!

Ich habe ein Picasso-Tablet für meinen Enkel gekauft, das er sehr gerne nutzt. Das Gerät ist sehr gut bedienbar und macht einen qualitativ hochwertigen Eindruck. Leider war nach etwa 9 Monaten das Display defekt. Ich habe mich deshalb per Mail an Simbas gewandt und die haben sofort und sehr freundlich reagiert. Der Mailkontakt mit Chris war immer sehr angenehm und lösungsorientiert. Weil eine Reparatur nicht möglich war, habe ich innerhalb von zehn Tagen ein nagelneues Nachfolgemodell bekommen. Mein Enkel freut sich darüber und ich bin dankbar für den hervorragenden Service und die kulante Problemlösung. Ich kann die Firma Simbas und das Picasso uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
