Ordered 25 15k puff vapes 2:30pm delivered 10:20 next morning

If I could give lower I would , ordered vapes and received a tracking number for the vapes but nothing royalmail is showing still awaiting parcel , they won't communicate with me and won't give money back 5 days and nothing but yet they promise 1-2 delivery time , will never use again stay clear

My experience with Simbavapes was a very positive quick one. I felt like I placed my order, slept, my order was here!
I was very happy with there big product range at good prices.. Delivery was fast, the whole thing took seconds. I will definitely use next time.

i ordered from this website yesterday and got vapes and some juice aswell, i got one box of juice which cost about £12 and that was the only thing that was sent, the total of the order was £600+ so they have only sent out the cheapest thing i ordered. Hoping this is just a general mistake and it will get resolved but shouldn't have happened in the first place considering that was only 1 of the 10 products i ordered and the only one that seemed to turn up. I emailed and still no response and the contact number on the website doesn't work, all the socials when clicked just lead to shopify so not too sure what to do, wouldn't recommend this website at the moment

update- the company got in contact and helped solve the issue

They sent my vapes but royal mail have left them outside on my doorstep where they have been stolen.
Now I know this is not simbas fault but when I ask them what they can do aout it ie. raise a non delivery fault with Royal Maqil, I am told via email that royal mail do not leave parcels unattended, so there is nothing they can do.

If I could give them negative stars, I would.
I have had 3 bad experiences in a row, with hardly any communication back from the company.
In one, I heard back a week later, after I sent proof that the vape had leaked all over before even being opened. They wanted me to return it and pay for delivery. Explained I no longer had it, it was binned a week ago due to leaking. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement along with missing order items.

Another purchase, another faulty vape. No contact for a week. Wanted me to pay £5 for replacement to be sent. Refuse to answer phone calls from you, won't refund full amounts and just generally rude, no customer service at all.
DO NOT USE

Ordered hundreds of pounds worth of vapes never had a problem until you have a faulty vape and then there not interested in replacing it did this twice now disgusting behaviour customer service is pathetic won’t order anything else

Omg do not trust or use these people scam you they take your order and then say not in stock keep playing you around and never refund Had to get bank to refund then they say they have refunded but no proof of it actually been refunded back money grabbers dont know why they did this literally over money which was mine and they never refunded my bank is amazing refunded again il carry on disputing as long as it goes my advice to all please never trust these people only trustworthy sellers online for vapes are No1plug store they are amazing never use these people so they realise they shouldn’t scam people!!! not happy at all this is a genuine review please dont order from them!!

Ordered vapes 3 days ago . Arrived on time all spot on . Will be recommending this company 100%

First time ordering everything was fine. Second time ordering, no order updates, no despatch confirmation. Over a week later the "shop" app they suggest for tracking shows the order cancelled. No money (over £200) has been refunded to me and their customer service via WhatsApp doesn't even read the messages asking for clarification.

Ordered several times and its been fine - last order they didnt put house number on so the items were returned - they have then refused to send items back saying they were out of stock and wont give me a refund - contacted several times via email and whatapp - ignore my messages - they have over £120 - BECAREFUL

Worst website ever, my money was stolen!
I purchased several vapers and when I realised I had to pay huge import duty fees I returned them and Simbavapes denied me a refund ans stopped replying to my emails, they are a total disgrace!

Been using this company for around 4 months now I think as my last supplier kept running low on certain vapes. Unsure why some of the reviews are so negative on here, I order around 200-300 worth of vapes every 2/3 weeks. Always delivered next day. First order I had a couple boxes missing but they sent these out for next day. Ordered multiple disposable vape orders since and never had any issue 👍🏼

Send different flavours than what was ordered with no communication if they’re out of stock, shouldn’t be or it’s poor stock control.

i ordered for a total of £243
8 days later:
- no order confirmation
- no tracking info
- still no goods

i tried to call them several times:
-voicemail

i wrote a whatsapp message:
- i received no reply

i wrote an email:
- i received no reply

i intend to file a claim with police

Simba capes total rip 4 days later no refund or replacement actually no coms at all

Delivered part of the parcel, have emailed, filled out the form and even what's paper them. Still no answer. Currently minus £65 of my order

I am very happy with simbavapes the customer service was excellent I had a issue with Royal Mail and simbavapes fixed the problem for me I received my order everything was there that i ordered I am 100% using them again they are spot on thank you for a excellent service 👍👍👍👍

My self as a local business love to use this site, not only for the easy use of the site and the great prices but also because it has a fast delivery which has never been late for my self and if you ever need help with anything they have amazing staff members waiting on hand to guide you through with all your needs

I purchased 10 crystal disposable vapes from Simbavapes. The same one as I buy from my local retailer which last me 24hr. Simbavapes lasted around 6 hours. Having complained to them they tell me they are small vapes even though they say 600 puffs.untrustworthy
