Shitty exchange app
I honestly think all the good reviews are not real. They have been generated or they have given incentive to people to write good reviews because I have used the app 5 times and i had bad experience throughout. Very long delay on transaction. It takes at least 8 hours for transactions to go through. And the most ridiculous experience I have had is transaction taking 48hours to go through. I have deleted the app immediately. Its is frustrating to use. Not suitable for urgent needs. Shame!!!

The fact that most time
The fact that most times, you guys cannot be trusted. You always disappoint. Like on 3 occasions it to you guys to credit me after collecting money from my account. Even when I said return the money let me try other company you declined. I also think you should have a number to call when there is an issue it should not just be only the AI auto answer
