I took a chance and ordered 3 and got 3 free. It didn't work. Then later they tried to charge me $89.91 for something I didn't order.

I ordered buy one get one for $29.95 and was charged $49.94 instead. Then they charged $49.94 the next month with no merchandise. Product doesn't work and it smells just like Nair which retails for under $10.00
Protect your credit card and do not fall for this scam.

It took a long time to get the product. I ordered buy 2, get 2 free for $29.95 and although I did get 4, it was not the product advertised and they charged me over $75.00 although the shipping was"free". It took 11 emails to customer service to get a response and I requested an RMA to return the product. After 6 more emails they offered me a half off price to keep the stuff. I agreed and tried it this morning. My skin is now red and burning and it removed ZERO HAIR. Do not order this crap.

Don't order from this company. Ordered once and all of the sudden I've been subscribed. Subscribed to get ripped off for 89.95 twice. Still trying to get someone to respond. Keep your money. Keep your credit/ debit card account safe.

These people are thieves....I'll say that again...these people are thieves.

My wife ordered one hair removal cream from Simmple.com on March 13 and recieved 2 hair cream from them being charged double plus shipping for two. After 10 repeated requests to rectify this situation the companies custome service has promised repeatedly that they are sorry but nothing has been resolved, this company is commiting fraud.

Please don't trust this company. I ordered their product hair removal cream. It was supposed to be $14.99 .As soon as I added my credit card it didn't let me review my order but charged me $73.67. I reported to Chime right away. I was told I had to wait until the charges went through to dispute. It showed I paid for electronics. I received the cream weeks later the person who delivered hid their face and threw the PKG on my porch. The cream smelled like Nair. It didn't remove hair but the hair increased. There was no receipt in the bag so I didn't know where it came from. I finally found a number to call online. No one ever returned my call the recording said leave my order number which I didn't have because they didn't send one. Today I received a message that a payment from them was declined for.$73.67 Thank God I locked my card and now I will be reporting them to the FTC.

Ad claims product is in the US. Ordered (and canceled) over 30 days ago and tracking shows the item just arrived in the US (from Hong Kong). Advertise buy one, get one. They changed price to buy two, get two.
Shipping charge was over $25.00. Disputed transaction. Money returned. Then they charged my card again.
DO NOT order from this company.

They sent me a product that I ordered as a one time order. I was sent that one item, but then later on they sent me another of the item unsolicited. When I tried to return the product for a refund, they denied my being able to return the product for a refund. I was charged for both products and denied an ability for a refund. Do not do business with this company!
