Well I Don't know where to start , I bought a suite from this company not on credit paid in full , was supposed to receive it in between 3 to at most 5 weeks after so many phone calls had every excuse under the sun ,got told the frame was built but they were waiting on the material, finally after between 8/10 weeks it arrived. NOW THE MATERIAL IS SO FLAWED and all they Rather Peter and William whom I must say was very pleasant but is Now accusing us of being cutting it short offencive and demanding, we have been told for the last month the manufacturer's will be in touch to come see it the thing is it wasn't the manufacturer's we bought this from It was Them Simply furniture and before Peter or William come back with a comment we were offered whatever that would be a LIE and when I asked why they dont answer the phone William told us he was instructed NOT TO ANSWER IT .So what kind of company instructs their staff to do that , Next move is Lawyer photos to come ,shocking disgusting customer service and communication , Also I forgot to mention the Fact this suite is Barely 4 Months Old .

We ordered the kids zenith car bed.
Choice of payment through online banking or pay with delivery. I chose pay online 1st but wanted to change to pay on delivery. I emailed about this and guy got back with no problems had and was happy to change payment type.
Delivery came. Instructions sent with order email. Everything was simple and straight forward to put together.our son is delighted with his beautiful car bed.
Will 100% purchase from this company again.

SCAM.The company is a scam. I ordered a mattress that was never sent,the company doesn’t reply to emails and the telephone number given on web page doesn’t exist.
Absolute worst customers service and never received item
Ordered a table via ebay and it was an absolute disaster from the beginning. No updates on delivery for a couple of weeks and no answer by email. Found a contact number for the main store online and rang, the lady I spoke to said ebay was completely separate but that my order had been packed by her personally that morning and hopefully the couriers would contact me, but she couldn't do anything from her end. A few days later no contact and again no email back so rang again. The person I spoke to said my order hadn't even been dispatched yet so the first lady had just blatantly lied?! Said she would chase but again couldn't do much because it was ebay. Finally had the couriers contact me a couple of days later and arranged delivery. Very helpful drivers. Opened the parcel - wrong table!?! Absolutely fuming. Basically chased non stop until finally a week later I had the courier company collect the wrong table but no replacement given. Simple furniture put 100% of the blame on the courier which makes no sense. They then complained stopped contacting me. I had no apology. Luckily via ebay I had opened a case so by this point I had a full refund so I could order elsewhere. Ended up having no dining table for 7 weeks.
Absolutely shambles and worst customer service. They've now disappeared from ebay so says it all.
Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company, was sceptical about ordering because it was on instagram but do not be put off. My corner sofa is gorgeous so comfortable and the price was what sold it for me . This is the best blind purchase I made but the best decision by far. The lady on the phone went above and beyond her pay grade by helping me she was lovely a credit to the company. I think her name was Charlene or similar please forgive if it’s wrong but thank you so much so so pleased. Just buy

Well I am giving 5 stars for excellent customer service - I ordered a sofa and though its delivery date was estimated at 2 weeks thereabouts, the lovely lady at the helm sped up my delivery. I had my corner sofa within 1 week which really helped me out so much. Lovely to talk to on the phone and very efficient. I cant fault the sofa. It is beautiful. Such a competitve price on sale around the £480 mark. Brilliant. If you work with people and treat them with respect and kindness and are professional - you get the same back. No faults. Thank you lads and ladies!

I had placed an order on 30/12 and yet to receive order. I haven't even had any credible information regarding the order delivery. Customer service doesn't exist at all.
Rubbish customer service!
Ordered a sofa from this company and I am still waiting on it 14 days later. I tried speaking with customer service, to which I was greeted by a very rude Charmayn who didn't even bother checking where my order was. The customer service is shocking and I do not recommend anyone buying from this company. Spend your money elsewhere in my opinion.

1 month and still no sofa this company are not worth your time they miss deliveries and tell you it’s coming when it isn’t. They never answer the phone when trying to contact them. I’ve been promised a sofa three times now and on the 4th time of me asking they tell me it’s not even ready. So what exactly have they been trying to deliver? Absolute shambles avoid at all costs

I ordered a chair two weeks ago but since the original order confirmation absolutely nothing. I have sent emails no reply used there live chat service no reply just phoned them and was on hold for 10 mins with no response.
Awful, no update to my order status from 2 weeks ago.

The chair I bought was ok. But was damaged due to poor packaging during delivery. Customer service was not helpful sorting out the matter
Nightmare!
Ordered 2 sofas, black by description. Thought they looked more like dark grey in the pictures, but that wasnt an issue to us. The carriers contacted me to arrange delivery. I told them that Mon & Sat were the only days when anyone would be home. Arranged for Sat, they never turned up. No explanation, no apology, nothing.
Rescheduled the delivery, said they would be between 3pm & 6pm,turned up at 7pm.
Unwrapped sofas, they were not black at all, not even grey. They were dark brown, even though the label said black. Contacted Simple Furniture & said I wanted a refund as the sofas were not as described. After much quibbling & insistence on "original packaging" , they agreed to take them back, but hinted at "partial refund".
Not wishing to give them any excuse to find fault, I completely wrapped the sofas in bubble wrap and stretch film (far better than the plastic they arrived in) & contacted carrier to pick them back up.
They sent an email to say they were coming on Thurs, again I told them Mon & Sat only suitable days. Heard no more from them, then on Thurs evening they turned up regardless at 8pm.
Received an email on Sunday to say the sofas had been returned. Simple Furniture said money would be refunded in 3-5 days, eventually got reimbursed after 9 days.
Grateful to get my money back in the end, felt like I was being stitched up.
Once bitten, twice shy. Won't be dealing again.
Simply awful
Very helpful when you’re a potential buyer, as soon as you’ve purchased though you get no help and endless amounts of hassle. I’ve ended up out of pocket for trying to rectify the poor standard of sofa we received.

Placed my order online (red/black two seater sofa), got a call the day after advising that the product came from overseas and an estimate of when to expect it. Email received a couple of weeks later with update and tracking options, delivered exactly to date/time-altogether a great service.
