Whopping hidden fees.
Charged me ~= $25 for a BTC transaction. USING the BEP-20 network.
No warning on the withdrawal screens.
This after several successful withdrawals using the same network.
Be careful.

I really recommend, "SimpleFX", because, it's so easy to use, plus all the trading alternatives, and it's amazing how many cryptocurrencies options it has. On the part withdrawals and deposits it's great because the transactions are immediate, it definitely makes my life easier.

I write a review because I was contacted by a phishing scam and they defrauded My bank account so the police informed me I could not believe it myself but its a trick and these people are over sea they get 3 to 4 calls a week the police in my area said and too lose all contact but I still can't withdraw my money if that's even possible message me at 19024002382 too provide me information on what steps too take next.

The only people will give up more than a one-star review is people who work for them I believe. Luke Lightfoot. And Ryan Jones con artist very rude insulting me personally saying I don't understand how it works you have to send more money to get your money no thank you

I gave my information to this company to inquire about their product. They have been calling me 20+ times a day harassing me. I have asked to be removed from their call list with no regard. My next step will be to contact the police.

I've been using Simple FX for 5 plus years now & I've probably withdrawn at least 50k over that period.

The deposits & withdrawals are lightening fast via crypto, I use USDC. Which is why it makes it so appealing to me. If I need cash now, I can submit a withdrawal through simple fx & then to my crypto broker & the money is e-transferred to my account within 30 mins, I've done this several times with up to 10k. They've been very reliable plus the leverage is great & being able to bypass tight Canadian securities regulations that limit leverage is a huge bonus!

A truly bad experience as I got frauded out of over 2000$ . A so called account manager Made me open a crypto wallet, they wanted tk test if my personal bank And the crypto wallet could transact. Bought and sold 2000$ worth of bitcoin . They told me don't worry we will send the 2000 back to your personal account. . That of course never happened. They gave me excuse after excuse . They even told ne that we had to perform a similar transaction to obtain my funds. Then they told me my bank won't accept the refund so let's try another bank. The people calling me are not real brokers. Really unprofessional and act very immature. I had someone mock me and burb while talking to me. I have asked a withdraw from platform and countless emails for my money back. Nothing yet. I most likely lost my money I am now contacting the authorities . Do not fall for these scam artists.

Celà fait maintenant 6 ans que j'utilise simplefx pour trader et je n'ai jamais rencontré de problèmes, que ce soit pour effectuer des dépôts ou des retraits. Ce qui est vraiment intéressant, c'est que l'on peut bénéficier d'un effet de levier allant jusqu'à 1:1000. La plateforme offre une grande variété d'instruments financiers et permet de trader avec des comptes en dollar, en euro ou en crypto-monnaies. Les dépôts peuvent être effectués en crypto-monnaies ou en fiat via Fasapay. Toutefois, je préférais pouvoir déposer en fiat via Neteller et Skrill comme c'était le cas auparavant. Pour ce qui est des retraits, ils sont très faciles à effectuer avec des frais minimes. En ce qui concerne la rapidité de traitement, c'est le top du top, car les retraits sont quasi instantanés. Personnellement, je recommande cette plateforme !

Have been invested for about 3 months and have had issues since… Want to withdrawl but was told I had to verify first and pay a fee… I’m really not sure if I’m being scammed or not, but the response had me question the trading platform… I just want my funds I’ve invested and to move on, but it seems as though my funds are being held hostage!!!

SimpleFX closed all BCH/EUR and BCH/BTC positions claiming it’s not allowed "to perform trades that would stem from the sheer urge of exploiting any temporary inaccuracy or any delay in quoted prices"

I just finished reading a book about how Jim Simons at Renaissance made huge profits from market inaccuracies.

The fact that the company "compulsorily" closes positions and does not allow the trader to trade freely says only one thing - it's a kitchen! Otherwise, it cannot be! If a trader is not allowed to trade, then this is not a broker, but a kitchen that wants your money!

I tried to deposit but I could not achieve such easy progress. They do not accept Fiat directly, so need to deposit via Fasapay. I need to open a new account on Fasapay. I can not register to Fasapay because of their bad (ever seen) system. They can not send me registered mail. I really wonder, how I can withdraw from not can not send an easy email. I informed this situation Simple FX staff 2 times in a few months. all said that will be created a solution but no result until now. They lie about the solution. Finally, they lost a customer, I have many alternatives to trade.
