Didn't get the guys name, but considering he was working alone he was brilliant, even though he was hampered with the shut off valve for the mains water he did everything without a (moan) considering what a very hot day it was

Excelent service from gas fitters Ant and Ryan who installed my new boiler and to the follow up electrician and joiner. Everything was done professionaly and everyone arrived as promised from their head office. Definately recommend Simple Heat.

Tom & Connor came to our property yesterday to remove our 25 year old back boiler, original pipework, header tank, cold water storage tank and copper cylinder with immersion heater and fit our new combi boiler. They completed all this work in a day and both worked really well as a team and accomplished an excellent and tidy job, afterwards showing us how to operate the boiler. Very happy with their service!

Tom and Connor recently fitted a boiler and new radiators throughout our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly tidy.

Had a new boiler fitted on Wednesday by Tom and Connor. Good, careful and tidy workers.Excellent workmanship, they worked tirelessly and finished the job in one day. They answered any queries we had and explained everything about the new combi boiler before leaving. Would highly recommend them.

Wouldn't give 1star tbh but can't put review if don't give any stars! My nearly 90 yr old vulnerable parents were encouraged into having their home insulated & a new boiler for free with a goverment scheme sounded too good to be true & guess what it was!!! Two months after the job started they have had the boiler break down requiring the engineer out numerous times (and they don't work weekends so what kinda service is that for elderly people), they are still waiting for the joiner to finish putting picture rails up in all the bedrooms AND the hall & stairs (he's waiting for maghogany coloured wood apparently!!) the plasterer didn't take the handrail off the stairs to plaster resulting in a very lazy job where he plastered over most of the brass fittings (total messy job) Me & my dad have spoke to contract manager (Dave) several times but he talks the talk sounds sincere but doesn't actually get job done, I asked would the job not have someone to check it's been finished to a good standard & he said when he's been told by labourers (joiners/plasterers/ electricians) they have finished he will go and check it out so we are not holding our breath. My 89 year old dad has bought some picture rails and is going to pay someone to fit them as the whole ordeal is stressing him out and has made him feel ill he just wants his home finished. I would not recommended this firm to do oversee a job even if they paid you to do it , it is really not worth the distruption! Oh and my dad was left with the job of getting rid of the rubbish himself to top it off as he got fed up waiting for the builders to take it away as promised. Not sure if the service would be so bad if customers were paying but I certainly would not chance using these guys whether paying or not that's for sure.

Kept informed all the way through installation. The plumber (TOM ) Was outstanding and done in a day never stopped working and a curtesy call after fitting couldn't ask for better 👍

Superb service, installed boiler and radiators with minimum disruption, Tom worked tirelessly to install the system, a top bloke too, his work ethic was fantastic, a big shout out to the two loft insulation guys also.

Simple heating services SHOULD NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY DO
eg no electrician to start job insulation lads had to do it. Plumber to remove 2 radiator’s turns dinner time. People to replace window sills STILL NOT FITTED DIRECTORS LIE TO CUSTOMERS NOW I am looking to find who and where the fusing comes from. AS ALL FUNDING SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THIS COMPANY. AND THE DIRECTORS SHOULD PAY COMPENSATION TO CUSTOMERS WHO WHERE LEFT WITHOUT HEATING AND HOT WATER FOR A WHOLE WEEKEND. IT LOOKS LIKE ITS A DO IT SELF COMPANY THEY TAKE MONEY AND YOU DO IT YOUR SELF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS JOB HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2-3 WEEKS

1. Replacement boiler fitted by sub-contractor was done well, however he left leaks on pipe joints, and used different bricks to cover the flue hole on the outside wall. Despite repeated calls no one yet arrived to fix the leaks (3 weeks later still waiting).
2. The loft insulation was only 220mm when it should be 300mm - very poor as this is downright shameful trying to get away with incorrect work. Still not rectified.
3. The electrician butchered the trunking taking the new cables for the boiler leaving it looking like a 3 year old had cut and measured it.
4. I have left numerous calls to the office regarding these complaints but non are returned. They also never liase with clients as to when to when to expect workers to turn up. I was promised the leaks would be fixed yesterday but no one turned up and worse, having waited in all day, no one rang to inform me that no one was coming. Client communication - there isn't any. The directors of this company need to shake up the whole crew.

Ian and Marlo installed a new boiler today. They were very pleasant and worked well together. John arrived later to lay insulation in the loft. He was also very pleasant and helpful. We were very lucky with the team and happy with the completed work. They all worked hard and cleared up after themselves leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Brian

Was a good experience from start to finish from Shaun who took my 40 year condensing boiler out and put a new boiler in also made me laugh along the way to james the electrician who came and sort all the electrics out

Tom and Connor fitted my new boiler last week and i am super pleased with the work they did. they were both friendly and answered any queries I had and most of all they cleaned up after themselves, great guys , good work Im very happy ..thank you!!

Tom and Connor fitted our new boiler today, 32+ years old back boiler removed and new combi fitted. Really nice lads, had a good laugh with them. Cleared up after themselves and were very obliging. Would highly recommend 😊
Ian and his pal who did our loft insulation was also a credit to the company.

Bring on the cold weather now so we can test it out.
