Virkelig dårlig kundeservice
Virkelig dårlig kundeservice. Har skrevet til dem to gange om hjælp med opsigelse af abonnement. Jeg har ikke fået noget svar eller hjælp til opsigelse af abonnement. Meget skuffende, at de overhovedet ikke vender tilbage, og utilfredsstillende ikke at få hjælp til at løse problemet.
Jeg vil være meget tilbageholdende med at tilmelde mig services, som bruger deres platform!

Love this software and the customer support is the best in the industry
Fik ikke penge tilbage efter jeg annullerede mit abonnement
Jeg fik anbefalet simplero, og besluttede mig for at prøve den gratis prøveperiode om det var noget for mig, og det tænker jeg faktisk at det er, og deres kundeservice er fantastisk til at række ud og spørge om man har brug for hjælp. Jeg ville dog gerne selv prøve i første omgang og se om jeg selv kunne finde ud af det. Jeg besluttede mig dog for, at vente med projektet p.g.a. og er sonlige årsager. Jeg havde betalt for et års abonnement på Simplero til nedsat pris, men annullerede abonnementet efter en måned eller to mener jeg. Jeg forventede at få en del af mine penge tilbage igen, men det gjorde jeg ikke. Jeg skrev til kundeservice og bad om at få en forklaring, men fik ikke svar tilbage. Jeg har selvfølgelig forståelse for at de ville kræve fuld pris, for den tid jeg havde været der, da jeg ikke blev året ud, men jeg havde forventet at få resten af pengene retur. Det er muligt at der er en god forklaring på hvorfor de ikke kan gøre det, men så kan de i det mindste giv en forklaring, og advarer folk på forhånd, at de ikke kan få pengene tilbage igen. Jeg mistede en stor del af min tillid til dem efter det, og det synes jeg er super ærgerligt, for de virkede virkelig troværdige omkring at ville yde god service for deres kunder. Jeg havde ellers haft planer om at starte hos dem igen når jeg er klar, men det har jeg ikke lyst til nu efter den oplevelse.

I give Simplero Support 5 stars because they have the nicest, fastest customer support team I've ever encountered. Justine has answered many of my questions and helped me troubleshoot and get to the bottom of various issues in the same day. That's right in ONE day. I'm never left hanging or waiting 3-4 days for someone to get back to me. It makes the whole Simplero experience so much better than other platforms I've used like Click Funnels, where not only was support very slow to get back to me, they weren't great a helping me troubleshoot the issues either. Thanks Justine and the entire Simplero Customer Support team!

I love Simplero because it is both complex and simple at the same time, you can build anything! And the support team is there for you both on weekly Zoom-meetings and personal help whenever you need. This time Silas made my day and helped me fix my automations in no time.

Super helpful and friendly and ethically run organisation. I enjoy working together every time and if I have a problem I know Simplero Staff will fix it for me. Izabella, who I have worked with has been cheerful and goes beyond her job to help me out. I need some help with email setups this time and was so glad I had all the support I needed.

Have been using Simplero since 2013 - i can highly recommend the platform. If you want flexible powerful course delivery and sales / customer management features, a caring and supportive team that develops the product and helps you using it to the best - Simplero is the place to be.
Easy to use - quick personal support (no chatbots here)
Over the years Simplero has become increasing easier to use with a very logical setup - once you get to know it. What I love most about Simplero though, is access to their personal professional support. There are no chatbot-gates you have to get through to get support from an actual human. And the support team is super fast in answering your questions, so you don't have to wait for days. Simplero might not be the cheapest option on the market, but it is very professional and personal which makes it a great offer if you want to build and expand your business.
