I wish I read the reviews first! This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I placed an order, received my purchase almost a month later but the material is very cheap! I asked for a refund and they offered me $3.00 of the $30.00 dollar product. Poor! They will refund my monies after shipping it back but warned me that shipping will be expensive to me because, I have to return it to China! What a rip-off!!
They should put that in the first place, about if you don’t like it you have to send it to China and paid for it!! I told them they can keep there $3.00 so mad!!

Impressed by how soft and comfortable this cardigan feels against my skin. Quality knitwork is evident from the nice weight and subtle texture. The fit hangs just right, balancing style with everyday comfort. Overall satisfied.

Shipping took about two weeks but was acceptable considering the high quality of this cardigan. Pricing seemed fair for such a comfortable, well-made piece; I liked its softness and flattering fit overall.

They sent the two shirts I ordered. The fabric was awful, as was the style. They would not refund the $51. I spent, instead offering me a $2 refund and finally after days of haggling, $10. refund.

Product (bras) arrived weeks after order placed. Did not fit well, even using the sizing chart provided . Attempted to return - would not supply return process/ information— no phone number to discuss - email support personnel just said our factory is now in china and it would cost too much to ship. This exchange went on for multiple emails voicing my concerns and frustrations — just got so frustrated accepted 9.00 reimbursement for $43.of subpar product
STAY Away from this company This was a complete rip off

I went by size guide and order was too big. I reached out to exchange. I wanted the bras, not my $35 I originally paid. They said I had to send back to Chinese warehouse and shipping was around $50!!!! I got a $6 credit

Haven't received my order after many weeks. No communication and no way to contact them

Used their 'size guide' to order. Finally received order- items didn't fit correctly. Asked to exchange. Sent pictures as Customer Service requested, to get authorization. Their reply was that the warehouse sent what I ordered so exchange was denied. I quoted their policy- 4.If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), please contact us to arrange a return. Still denied.

BE AWARE SCAM
Everything is fake It's a big scam The products are fake, they overcharge your payment and you cannot return the item.

They state customer satisfaction and items can be return/exchanged. This is not true will not exchange or refund my purchase of $41.00. Item (Bra's) did not fit according to their size chart, was told to could keep and they would compensate me. Their compensate started at $5.00 then got to $8.00 and they refuse to give me at least half ($20) is all I was asking for. So I'm out my purchase and a good chunk of my money! Even tried going through Pay Pal which has failed me as well. Don't shop here.

ordered their shaper bra in a size 40 D and upon arrival it was barely even 28 inches so Of course it didn’t fit I contacted customer service support and they were absolutely no help. My order was $35 and they offered to refund me $6 And suggested that I give them away. This is a poor product. The website sizing is not accurate and their customer service is basically…we’ll there is none. Buyer beware!

I ordered a bra. Size 42D. I received a size M. Asked to exchange them. They said what I received aligned with what i ordered and suggested I "transfer" the bras to someone and they would compensate me with $6.
I sent another email asking how a M aligned with what I ordered when that was not even an option. They then said they were sorry they had a lot of correspondence but they would send me $9 as compensation.
If there is a no return/exchange policy, they should state that.

This company is terrible. I ordered a book from them in January 2025, it is now mid February and I still don’t have my book. I contacted them and they can’t give me a tracking number or what company is supposed to be delivering it. They keep telling me to wait patiently. I responded that I wanted a refund of my money and I was still told to please wait patiently for the product to arrive. This place is a scam with terrible customer service. Smh. Don’t waste your money here.

I should read this reviews of this company, before I buy stuff from them.
I bought bras, whole set ($60?), it was little small, I send email, I just want exchange(I like design and materials), but not fitted.
I would pay my shipping fee to return, but they only offer $8 refund. I’m not asking for refund, I want EXCHANGE..
I didn’t know that size wont fit me right, so just want to change it.
They are saying only they can do is $8 and keep mine?! REALLY?
So, 100% customer satisfaction is lie!

I ordered a book from them a book box and the book they sent me only had three chapters. They refused to refund me my money and everything else in the box was pure junk. I ordered a thriller book and I got a romance drama. That was only 3 chapters don’t order from them. You’re wasting your money. Do Etsy these people are scammers

The company customer service is horrendous . Save your money don’t order from them . Waiting for weeks for an order . Still not received. Also check your payment the company overcharged my CC I had to constantly contact them to get overpayment reimbursed. Also leads you to believe the company address 266 Tenmile, 23452, Virginia Beach, United States the crap is shipped from China

I ordered from this company and received the product but it didn’t fit. I contacted the company and wanted a return label and they refused. I paid 34.87 and they offered $3.00 for a credit after I paid 34.87. This is a Chinese company and their customer service is terrible. Do not order from them don’t waste your money. I am working with the credit card company to get my refund since they refused to take the product back!
