I have been trying to log into my Simplified account since Tuesday in order to cancel my subscription, but the platform does not allow me to log in.
The system clearly states that my email is already registered, yet I cannot access my account using any login method. Because of this, I am unable to cancel my subscription myself.
I have contacted Simplified multiple times by email, sent messages on Facebook, and even commented publicly on their social media and YouTube channel. So far, I have received no reply at all.
This situation leaves customers stuck paying for a service they cannot manage or cancel. Until this issue is resolved and support becomes responsive, I cannot recommend this platform.

After my first year of subscription, I was charged $216 without any email reminder. Since I hadn't used Simplified much and didn't plan to renew my subscription, I sent an email in early July to request a refund, which has since gone unanswered.

Avoid at all costs!

I have been a user for 6 months and in this short period there have been frequent and multiple 'upgrades' and 'credit usage policy' changes.
All these are masks for increasing the cost for generating images and videos. Completely garbage and uncommercial.

Fortunately for everyone, there are numerous and better platforms that can be used instead of this rubbish company. Moreover, Simplified.com does not offer any output that is exceptional, their video aren't even videos but are just a collection of images.

Farewell! Moving on to another platform (i won't say competitor here as Simplified.com is certainly below what these offer so these are many leagues ahead of you). Do keep up the good work though, of frequently changing your credit usage policy or whatever, it sure is working well.

PS: Garbage company with garbage owners who are just greedy peeps!

I am pretty much a beginner -- just getting my feet wet -- with using AI. I came upon Simplified because offered a free usage. This would allow me to become more familiar with the technology and the potential.

My primary interest is different types of content generation: blog posts, podcast scripts, articles, presentations, etc. However, I am from a generation of pen-to-paper. So it would be a bit disconcerting to hand my creativity over to AI.

Having said that, I have found benefit in using Simplified to generate topic outlines, and general ideas that I can use as baselines for my content. This would obviously require revision and editing to ensure that my own ideas are still pretty much dominant.

Simplified has been great in this area . . . generating high level structure. I actually used the engine to write two articles that I published in my social media. I was also able to check the content with an AI detection software to make sure that my "human" touch was still evident -- and dominant.

So far I have found Simplified useful in my particular area of content development. I would like to test the potential for video development and presentations. I also would be interested in using AI for my training development.

All-in-all, I can use Simplified as it saves time and does provide some catalyst for more focused brainstorming that will result in -- hopefully -- high quality content for my audience.

I used the platform and find good for scheduling but terrible for all other services. Designs, video, templates can't be used for the terrible user experience and quality of the editor. Everything I tried, doesn't reflect the preview, any edit of objects, as simple text as shapes, are totally a mess in final render, the tech team is totally inaadequate to fix anything. If you want to use the platform as calendar, is fine. For anything else, is a waste of time

Ever since they started a ten post maximum, the scheduling tool on the free plan is a waste of time... Same as with every company - FORCE you into spending big $$'s. Not useful

The website shows like the items are in Australia but not. Once you order they arrive from China that's mean take a while to arrive in Australia. It's a offshore business

This tool is a nightmare. They say they have a free to use period but nothing works during this period you have to actually start paying before it's "working". Now that you are a suscriber that is where the nightmare start. Everything you will try to do will take twice of three times as long ending up losing time istead of the promise that they are selling of being able to do it all with your subscription. The final blow for me was that text to video never worked. I have left my computer on for 2 full days while the UI saying that the video was in progress nothing else was running 2 full day and nothing. And when you decide to cancel your subscription they are cutting you access instantly even if you are still in you billing period the last one is theft do not subscribe to this tool it's borderline a theft.

I purchased a yearly subscription for AI content when writing. Unfortunately, I used it once and when trying to send my essay to Court, my computer crashed, and we could never get it to work again. I was so disappointed I never used their services again. Simplified did nothing to remind me of my subscription was coming due, they took money out of my account and will not return it. I'm stuck with another year of their crapy customer service! Never purchase anything from this company! they are sneaky, unhelpful and will take money they are not entitled to.

I paid for one month of the video pro subscription,because they don't offer a free trial, for 19$ and all the positive yt reviews I saw I thought I was safe enough to try it and gain some type of value but it didn't measure up even in the first video I made, super slow, lots of bugs and the video/script generated were super fake...I quickly unsubscribed for the monthly payment and sent an email to request an immediate refund since I wasn't satisfied and wasn't able to use the service NO REPLY. I deleted my account today and I hope they don't charge me for other payments because some people here have this happened to them!!! SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

I hate companies who refuse to refund the remainder of your subscription. I have more than 8 months left and they won’t refund.

Simplified took 5 weeks to complete subtitles for a video, then exported it in different font and colour, stuffing up my project and leaving me with nothing to give the client, after 5 weeks. Then, after unsubscribing, i was sent a direct debt for 79usd, when i was not subscribed to any service, and hadnt used the platform for over a month. These people are scammers

Before wasting your precious time trying to use this beta platform try making a video with AI and then try to edit the voiceover. After you’ve tried their help files you’ll realise it’s just a wish list of what it should do. Then you can try the arrogant inept chat line. if you can wait the 2 hours their 10 minute promise takes you’ll be blasted away by the arrogance of the person there who will do anything but admit it can’t be worked. If you are still tempted by the price try asking where you can see a list of all the extra charges. It’s like a slot machine constantly telling you to add more credit for each feature. No they won’t tell you and will even lie and say it’s all on the pricing page but it isn’t. Learn the lesson before they parasitise a whole day of your time for nothing. Poor people pay twice! Pay the extra few dollars a month and buy a product that works, has support and comes from a team that has some pride in their work.

Don’t fall for this trap. After purchasing an annual subscription to Simplified.co, I encountered immediate functionality issues with their post scheduling tool, which only operated correctly on the initial day of use. Despite promptly reaching out with evidence of the malfunctions through screenshots and video recordings, their customer service response was markedly delayed, with initial contact taking three weeks and subsequent replies spanning days to weeks. This pattern of protracted communication and ineffective resolutions persisted over a six-month period. Ultimately, the issue was addressed, and I received a refund for the unused portion of my subscription. However, the refund did not account for the extensive period during which the service was inoperable, nor the inconvenience and potential business impact incurred. The lack of a timely and effective support solution and the absence of compensation for the period when the service was non-functional were highly unsatisfactory.
