This was my first service I’ve bought and I was very impressed by the service. Everything works great. Pleasantly satisfied.

Been having problems with my website performance. Adter I asked support to migrate the server to them everything was rudnine smoothly. Thez even did it for free .

I've always had an awesome level of customer service through them. The products are great quality, and would definitely recommend.

All the issues disappeared after I migrated to SimpliServers back in late 2022. I was at a different hosting company before where I have had issues with my website performance and ever since migrating to their Turbo plans my Wordpress/Woocommerce sites became very snappy. Support even migrated my site for free, which was very welcomed as I didn't need to spend extra 4 hours doing it on my own. Never looked back ever since.

In the course of 3 months that I have been using SimpliServers, I can only say positive things about it. Server performance is top notch (perfect for game server, any mysql cluster and even running many docker containers simultaneously). Support is another strong aspect. I've always received support replies within minutes and outside business hours less than 4 hours. Overall I am very satisfied with the solution provided.

I ordered Mercury VPS to use as a gateway for my business behind secure cloud. My requirements were fast connection speed, high traffic limits and powerful CPU. SimpliServers ticked all checkboxes so I've decided to give them a try. They have one of the most user friendly control panels and their hardware did not disappoint.

They are easy to talk too, work with you and not against you, He was willing to help me with any issues that I have had when building VM's on the dedicated server. Helped when we broke firewall protocols regarding remote desktop, Installed windows for us when we broke Ubuntu and the list goes on, I can recoomend them just for the customer service

100 days uptime, no issues so far. I have a similar instannce on contabo and in the same period the contabo instance was down for ~1 week.

SimpliServers was great to work with! I had very few issues and they were often resolved quickly when they did happen.

I used them for a simple little Minecraft server with my friends and it worked great. Had the server for just under two years.

Really great hosting company. I personally love the GUI and layout of it but mostly what I've appreciated the most was how smoothly everything ran. I've used a lot of hosting companies and I believe this is one of the best I've ever used.

I've been given a "Venus" (2 vCPU, 8GB) for free to test with, as a trial.

First thing I noticed when just connecting to the server and trying to update it was how quick it seemed, I've never seen a server update so quick.
Running a quick benchmark (YABS) gave me more insight into why, the IO speed is AMAZING! So far that was the fastest NVMe IO that I've benchmarked.

The network was as specified on the website, bursts up to gigabit. Taking a look at server specifications page showed that node upload was 500Mbps, which reflected in benchmarks as well.

I was also pleasantly surprised by CPU performance, while its what you would expect for that CPU (E5-1650 v4), what surprised me most was that comparing it with providers that offer Ryzen 3900X, in single-core performance it came out on par, even beating some that claim to offer dedicated cores.

Another thing that is worth mentioning is their SolusVM, it's not the ugly old looking panel that its known to be, they've made their own design for it and while feature wise its SolusVM with some minor extras like your ping to the node, it is a much more pleasant look on the eyes.

Two things I can't comment about is DDOS protection and support.
I've not tested DDOS protection, but since its inside the OVH network, it would be something that I'd be comfortable relying on.
Support because I've not really needed it or put much support load on them, thought I'm sure their support would be good. (+ considering the next point)

About the "Friendly Owner" part, from how much I've talked with him so far, he seems like a nice and reasonable person, someone you'd wanna stick around with.

Prices lean towards the premium side, but they do seem to also deliver a premium thus making them justified.

While I personally don't need such premium hosting, I'd recommend SimpliServers to anyone who does, you'll get your moneys worth. 🙂

Absolutely no issues with service. I ended out having to make a change to my account, and they were very helpful and prompt with my ticket. The issue was solved quickly, and I was back up and running.
