I've dealt with a few financial and property firms over the years, and Simply Wealth Group genuinely stands out. From my first conversation with them, it was clear they weren't just going through the motions they actually listened to what I was trying to achieve financially and built a plan around that, not the other way around. What I appreciated most was how accessible the team was throughout the whole process. Construction updates, property selection, random questions I'd fire off at odd hours, someone always got back to me quickly and with a real answer. No vague responses, no being passed around between people.

I had a really good experience with Simply Wealth Group for my property investment. The whole process was a lot easier than I expected.

I signed contracts with them more than 2 years ago, but surprisingly, they still honor the original contracts for me. After two years, my land has just been settled, and I am quite happy with the capital growth on both the land and the building contracts.

They explained things and didn’t overcomplicate anything, which I appreciated. Also felt like they were being honest the whole time — not just trying to push a deal, but actually helping me make the right decision.

Communication was great, Nicole was always quick to reply, and kept me updated along the way. Even when a few things got a bit confusing, they helped sort it out without any stress.

Overall, pretty smooth experience, and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get into property investment.
