Unbelievably helpful, my 34 yr old Simpsons Superjet dryer was worn out. After a phone call, I took it to them and it was repaired like new and on its way back in less than 48 hours. Everything explained throughout the process. Thank you Simpsons xx

Do not order from this company. My husband bought me some clippers for my birthday and they came with a blade that could be slid across for different lengths. He also bought extra blades for me not realising that they were duplicate of what blade the clipper came with. Upon realising this he contacted the company to swap these duplicate blades for others. This company will not allow the blades to be returned despite them never being opened and the returns on their website saying they can be returned. Their customer service is sadly not good. They have constantly fobbed him off saying product can't be returned. Their loss we will go elsewhere for other products and will not recommend.

I've been ordering from Simpsons for around 24 years. Never had any issues with either their products or their customer service. Simpsons stand dryers have always been the best within the industry and are reliable, last many years and rarely break down. The 'Banish' conditioning and detangling products are second to none. Their clipper blades and comb attachments match in quality (if not better) than the other known brands. A highly recommended company.

I recently purchased a dog grooming apron to wear for when I’m bathing the dogs who come to my salon who are only small and medium sized. After just the fourth time using it it became apparent that it wasn’t fit for purpose because my clothes were soaking wet underneath it. I rang Simpsons to discuss it being possibly faulty but was told it’s only splashproof not waterproof. The definition of splashproof is for the item to withstand minimal splashing of water. I literally just got splashed by dog shaking their wet hair when bathing them and got soaked so obviously not splashproof as described. I was told that I should have bought a different apron which is described as being waterproof. I got asked to the return the apron which I did and I expected to receive a full refund. Unfortunately I had to not only chase Simpsons up for my refund but then didn’t receive a full one which was most disappointing. I’ve rung since on numerous occasions to discuss the situation only to be fobbed off. When I asked to speak to Mrs Simpson who is the owner of the company I was told she was in a meeting and would ring me,I’m still waiting. I’ve tried to put an honest review on their website to warn other potential buyers and my review keeps being deleted. I’ve used this company several times before with no issues but after my recent bad experience and suffering their terrible customer service I won’t be using then again.

I tried to order a bottle of conditioner costing £20.00 but postage at checkout came up as £18.00!! On phoning the company and explaining I don’t live in the Highlands or Islands I was told that was what DPD charges.I have many deliveries from DPD from other companies and never been charged that. I asked could they send the conditioner out by Royal Mail. The answer was NO. How can this company honestly expect someone to pay £18.00 postage for an item that costs £20.00.My normal supplier send out to me for £8.00 postage not £18.00. What a way to lose potential customers Simpson’s Grooming Supplies.

Some great products, but sadly customer care is very hit and miss

Very good service. Ordered an item and it arrived very quickly by Royal Mail. Glad I found this company, as the item was sold out almost everywhere else! Reasonably priced too.
