Trying to get my money back from simsino has been a nightmare. I invested $3,500 based on their supposedly trustworthy reputation, but now it seems like I've been duped. They don't respond to any form of communication, and I'm left chasing shadows, trying to reclaim what's mine. It’s utterly exhausting and disheartening..!
I never thought I'd recover from my financial missteps, but biprofit. tech turned that around. I'm now celebrating small victories day by day..!!

Changed their url from simsino to simsinos, tell nothing to their clients.
i have to verify my account to make a withdraw, i don’t receive their mail and they say that it is my bad and they don’t offer any solution. They create problems on purpose, bad client service, they will do everything to prevent you from withdrawing your funds.

I have made a deposit twice of 20 euro's. I tried to get it back, even uploaded a foto of my ID. I never got anything back from them. DO NOT DEPOSIT!!!

Voici mon feed-back. A fuir absolument.

Casino abuses there terms and conditions to confiscate money from its players.

Withdrawal of over 3 weeks pending, helpdesk doesn't help, all they say is wait. Don't deposit here, even if you win, your money will be taken.

I deposited 40 euros on their site, which is buggy, my deposit took hours to arrive even though I was debited directly. It started badly but it's not over yet! I played and got lucky, which casinos don't like. I decided to withdraw 265 euros... A week later, I was told that I had not respected the conditions, which had never been presented to me!!!! This site is designed to trap new players and systematically refuses your deposits. This site should be avoided as a matter of urgency, as it steals from players and is not even functional !!

Terrible casino. Took 7 days to look at withdrawl then declined it and stole it with some bad excuse they need shutting down. Just a big scam

At first it too good to be true! Indeed! Withdrawal takes forever .. I am now skeptical about this site because it seems like a scam. Every operator you chat has different answer .. saturday made the withdrawal account verified on monday but withdrawal is still on progress up to date of this review.

Edited: It took a while but yes i received my withdrawal..

Good casino. good choice of games. was nice that after my first deposit i got more options of ways to deposit.
i lost a bit but then had a nice big win and i made profit now. they didn't accept the bank statement first time but i sent another picture and it was ok. after that i had my winnings quite fast so im happy and will play again.
