It’s impossible to cancel and delete your profile even if you notify them ahead!
I have signed up for 1 month, just to give it a try. After few days, I have realised this is not for me. Had a note in my calendar to cancel 3 days before the premium had ended and sent them reminder every day to cancel, since on their website, you cannot cancel, you have to contact them?! No reply for a week and they just sent me very unprofessional email with stupid info about nothing, then some days later with some link to request cancellation -did not even bothered to call me by my name or even sign the email. Anyway, I did fill in the request form and thought that’s it. But… Nothing has happened and last week they sent me another email saying I have to cancel the premium first and then request the cancellation again. This time signed with ‘Singles50 team’.
Now, this is just daytime robbery! Any subscription you have, you can easily cancel-not with these people. I think they do this on purpose to get more money from you and make it as hard as possible for you to cancel. In the meantime, they have, of course, charged me again and funny enough not on the same day as my first payment. I do not think they are that busy to not to answer-they say they have 3 days which is ridiculous already but they don’t even follow those rules. Set by themselves!
I’ve never seen such an unprofessional company and so I am going to explore some other options how to report them. I work for a global US company and will check with our lawyers what steps I can take next. Sadly I was on a business trip abroad and haven’t had the time to answer them but will do now I am back in the Czech Republic.
Bad, bad company. And I just read some review from other countries and they treat people the same everywhere it seems….
Please avoid them! This company is just a ‘bad joke’! They will just continue to steal your money.
