16 Years of Excellent Support

I have been a SIP customer for 16 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. As expats, having a reliable partner is essential and SIP has exceeded our expectations from day one, providing excellent advice and continuous support for my family.

They have helped us switch insurance coverage and always found the best solutions tailored to our needs. Their personal support is outstanding: responsive, reliable, and highly effective in dealing with insurance companies.

During several medical emergencies abroad, SIP provided exceptional support, quickly organizing treatment and even arranging repatriation. In critical situations, you can truly rely on them.

We greatly appreciate having dedicated contacts at SIP who handle everything quickly and professionally.

I needed to understand more about…global healthcare options for families and high net worth families

I needed to understand more about services, options and experiences in the area of global healthcare and enjoyed an extensive conversation with Kevin, CEO of SIP Medical Family Office, who immediately put me at ease and explained many aspects in detail, including how SIP Medical Family Office really understands and supports global families, including: creating a strong culture for preventative healthcare for longevity in life; delivery of seamless experiences; access to a network of specialists who are highly vetted and qualified; second opinions; and a very evident relationship of trust. Service is paramount, especially in matters of health, and I appreciated the emphasis on human relationships (much needed in an increasingly digital world). I also found SIP Medical Family Office's culture of long term vision and support of global families to be very powerful and positive. Very impressed indeed. Thank you

I attended a conference hosted by SIP - It was very well organised with a varied and interesting programme, but small enough to remain intimate and inclusive for all attendees. Above all, the members of staff are extremely professional , knowledgeable and friendly

I received Taylor made practical advise…

I received Taylor made practical advise to help me choose the right insurance. This was particularly important as I live abroad and turn 70 this year.
The options outlined were crystal clear making my decision easy.
