I was experiencing significant lagging and stuttering issues while gaming after making some upgrades to my system. While searching Google for virtual tech support, I came across Sirius Power PC and decided to check them out. I noticed they offered remote support sessions directly through their website, so I went ahead and purchased one around 11:00 PM on a Saturday.

To my surprise, one of their representatives reached out almost immediately after I placed the order and scheduled a support session for the very next day.

Over the course of about three hours, the technician thoroughly went through my system, verified all of my hardware and software installations, reinstalled Windows, and made sure all of my motherboard, GPU, and Windows drivers were properly installed and up to date. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Since the session, my system has been running flawlessly and all of the performance issues I was experiencing have been resolved.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the team at Sirius Power PC for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise. When it's time for me to purchase my next gaming PC, they will absolutely be one of the first companies I contact.

Sirius Power PC is not a trustworthy business to even associate with. I spoke with Devan Johnson on May 13, 2026. The conversation seemed okay( excluding the amount of cursing he was doing). We spoke about pc parts and how his business operates. I paid through an order on Venmo. Which ,in hindsight , thank goodness I did, because he was dead set on me paying through Cash App, which offers no consumer protection. Even got his partners account to try and send the payment to. After two weeks of no communication, I reached out to Devan for a status update on my PC. He said he was out to lunch and complained about the amount of meetings he had. No information was given on my PC, and he said he would reach out to me later that day. He did not. I gave it a few more days and reached out to him again through text on the 29th. No response. I called him on the 30th, and he said I would have to contact him later that day since he is at the hospital for some testing. After that call, I knew something wasn’t right. There was always an excuse. Would rush to get off the phone or deflect giving me an update on the PC. But once I put in a dispute for the payment, he immediately texted me and would still not give me an update on my PC! The social media presence of this company is also another red flag! There’s almost no engagement with the posts on all platforms at all. Game trailers are re uploaded on the YouTube channel. With one video being an AI voice-over. I should have looked more into this company before, but I do believe something about Sirius Power PC isn’t right.
I wanted to help out a small business with my purchase because I believe small businesses are important, but in our first conversation, Devan spoke poorly about what big business would be doing and their short coming with customer relations. He said his business would be able to supply better service to the customers and how his business wouldn’t shorten customers by using cheap parts but I guarantee you I would’ve gotten better service and better communication by going through these big businesses compared to what I’ve received going through with Devan.

I’ve been working with Sirius Power PC for a while now, and they’ve been a huge help. A few months ago, I contacted them because I was having issues with OBS, and even OBS support wasn’t helping much. Sirius took the time to help me get everything working properly.

More recently, I started having random crashes and black screens on my PC. I spent some time on the phone with their team and used Quick Assist so they could troubleshoot directly. They were patient, professional, and got everything fixed and running smoothly again.

I really appreciate the support and customer service from the guys at Sirius Power PC. Highly recommend them if you need help with your computer or streaming setup.

This is to ensure the highest standards of integrity are kept. We are a small tech company startup with associates in the private sector. We hired SiriusPower PC to construct a $34k plus computer for our business. Devan Johnson exhausted all means to present himself and his company as the right choice to fulfill our needs. It has become evident SiriusPower PC is willing to deceive those who serve in the United States military for financial gain. It has been over 30 days and we have not received our equipment. We made several attempts to contact Mr. Johnson and we have not spoken to anyone. We receive text from multiple numbers claiming they are other people and only the builders. A group of builders when asked where is our computer expressed they don’t know what’s going on. Absolutely no one should hire or entertain a swindler especially one with the disregard for men and women who have served multiple tours in combat theater. We were given 30 days of excuses and when it was paid in full due to Mr. Johnson’s claim to need to order parts his calls went silent and his response time to pick up our calls became nonexistent. We are being given all help to retrieve our funds and ensure you as Americans aren’t robbed of your time, money and technological aspirations. Once again serving our country doing the right thing in and out of Uniform. Semper Fi.

I recently bought a custom gaming PC from Sirius Power PC
, and honestly the whole experience was great from beginning to end. Communication was solid throughout the process, and they really took the time to make sure everything was done right.

When the PC arrived, I was blown away by how clean and professional the build looked. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and pay attention to the small details. It runs incredibly well too — fast, quiet, and handles every game I’ve played without any issues.

Overall, I’m really happy with my build and would definitely recommend Sirius Power PC
to anyone looking for a high-quality custom gaming PC.

Great Services, Computer running great now that I have the proper updates, and usages for my PC. Helped with my bios, and all my driver updates. Could not be happier with the Services Provided, highly recommend and will come back in the future for more Services / Purchases.

My game wasn't working properly, it wouldn't even load, I drove ten hours for work and just wanted to game, but nothing was working.....

I called these guys at 11pm at night and they jumped on a quick assist and fixed my pc within a hour, now everything is working as it should, they also showed me what updates i was missing that i didn't even know existed!

First off, I will start off by saying that Devon is absolutely fantastic to work with, this is my first PC purchase, and he walked me through the process of what would be best for me and my budget. There was a delay which caused me to wait 2 months to receive the PC, but this was something out of their control due to delays by UPS after the plane crash and delays from other delivery services. Customer service is great and Devon walked me through where to go for all my updates for the components and how to properly run things. All in all, I am extremely content with my purchase and highly recommend anyone in the search for a PC to go here!
