I first heard about Sistaco about a year and a half ago. I kept seeing their ads and looked several times but would decide not to order. I finally decided to give them a try after looking at my nails after my last salon gel polish and what horrible shape they were in. I was hooked after my first order and application. Not only do I Love everything I have ordered since then I adore how engaged and helpful they are as a company and how amazing the customer community is! I just ordered their 2026 Advent Calender (last year's was amazing).

I’m officially obsessed with Sistaco! I honestly didn’t expect to love doing my own nails this much. The colors are gorgeous, the application is surprisingly easy, and I’m constantly changing my mind about which shade I want to wear next. It’s become one of those little things that makes me feel instantly more put together. I’m already eyeing my next colors! 💅✨

The most incredible range of products - including gorgeous classic (sparkly), matte, holographic, metallic and prism flake colours. The colours are easy to apply and remove and a mani will last at least two weeks.

I love how easy it is to apply Sistaco! This is only my second time applying and it really stays put! The first application stayed on my toes for 3 weeks without budging. I love how my hands turned out too! The product is high quality and worth the investment. They provide excellent help resources and support if you have questions about how to apply, tips, tricks etc. Totally worth it if you'd like to switch from high price salon visits and to give it a go at home!

I found out about Sistaco on Facebook while searching for an alternative to salon visits. I got my first little pots of color and did my first manicure. This nail powder manicure system is awesome! It is also fun! So many colors, pattern press, and glazes it brings a smile to my face when I use it. I am building my set and still a newbie but try this and experience great nails and fun!

I’ve been using Sistaco for about two years now. It is quite addictive collecting these beautiful colors! The application is incredibly easy, and now that I have practiced, I can even do my dominant hand as well as I can do my non-dominant hand. Over the years the removal process has improved and now I don’t have any trouble removing, which was the only challenge for me when I first began. I also love the sustainable nails, I never thought I would be a press on nail girly, but now I have almost all of them and wear them regularly. I love that they are reusable and look very natural. Highly recommend this product!

Sistaco is not only a brand but they are a sisterhood. It's about feeling good about yourself and helping others feel good about them. The system is so easy to use that you want to do everyone's nails!

Sistaco is an amazing company with incredible products. Their customer service team is top notch and Chantelle is always ready to answer questions and post videos on their FB page - what CEO does that?! I've never been good with standard nail polish but with Sistaco mineral powders, its just that easy to do! My favorite product would be the finishing touches as they not only strengthen your nails, but look amazing too! You wont be dissapointed with Sistaco!

I'm so happy that I found Sistaco! My nails have never been healthier or prettier. The product quality is without match. You will be so happy you made the leap to Sistaco.

Oh my gosh - Sistaco is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!

Before Sistaco, I couldn’t keep anything on my nails longer than two days as it chipped - and the constant removal and reapplication wrecked my nails.

With Sistaco, I have easy, fast, instantly dry gorgeous colors on my nails - and it lasts! And I have the option of using it on my natural nails or on their beautiful press-on Sustainable nails. I’m even learning how to do easy nail art using their Pattern Press to create beautiful stamped designs.

No smell, fast and beautiful results, nails that are finally healthy - and all while keeping money for myself instead of handing it to a salon - everyone needs Sistaco in their lives!

I absolutely love Sistaco!! Honestly I had quit painting my nails for years because of the strong smells and it just didn’t feel like a healthy thing to do anymore. Sistaco products are scent free easy to use. No more sitting and waiting for nails to dry only to end up ruining them because I lose patience and start doing things before they dry. With Sistaco you set them under the lamp for 2 minutes as a final step and they are completely dry and you can go about your day. The color and product options are phenomenal and so fun to play with!! It is definitely my new hobby/obsession 😊💕💕💕

The products really speak for themselves, but customer service is where Sistaco shines! Not only have they created a collective where we can share and inspire each other, but simply asking a question of the group results in a personal email with several options. Can't thank Sistaco enough for their products and service.

This one star is specifically for the customer service attendant, Maria, and here is why.

I purchased three jars of powder. Two of them — the black glitter shades — did not last on the nail tips as advertised. After only three days they began to dissolve, despite the product claiming a durability of 2–3 weeks. I followed all application steps carefully, watched the instructional videos, and as a qualified nail technician, I am fully confident the product was applied correctly. The failure was clearly with the product, not the technique.

I contacted customer support to report this issue. Instead of acknowledging the defect or showing any empathy, Maria responded with lengthy instructions on how to apply the product — completely ignoring the actual problem raised. There was no apology, no recognition of the issue, and no indication that the matter would be escalated or investigated.

At no point was I even asking for a refund. What I expected was basic professionalism and customer care. After further correspondence, it became clear that my concern was simply being dismissed.

When I pointed out that my issue had not been addressed and that I did not need application instructions, her response was: "I'm sorry you feel like my response was not addressing your complaint. Please follow the tips I sent you, you will find you will get much better results."

This was, once again, a complete failure to acknowledge the problem and felt dismissive and disrespectful.

My advice: think carefully before investing in these products. Even low-cost alternatives last longer, and if you encounter any issue, do not expect meaningful support.

If you wish to experience a customer service that offers no empathy, no solutions, and no accountability, then contact Maria. You can expect your concern to be ignored and your experience as a customer to be invalidated.

Very disappointing.
