We have been with them since 2018 and unfortunately, it is not the same as before. Having problems with website which maybe a compatibility issue with PHP, so I got in contact with them. We have paid for Premium Hosting that includes website security but have been told by customer services we only paid for security. They can't even get that straight. Don't get me wrong, they were great back between 2018-2022, but after that started to go backwards.
Looking to switch all my websites that are hosted with them to a different company. May have gotten too big, not sure or not sure what happened to them. It is unfortunate.

My visitors go to bad site from redirect, and complained. This service stopped it and keep page safe. Now all stay on my shop. I like how it was fixed. Very good!
My hosting provider recommended siteguard and i decided to try it. Setup was not complicated and scans started right away. When I had questions , support was helpful and didn't use too much technical language. All good now. It gives me more confidence about my site security.
We purchased a 6-site hosting + security package (paid €1,832.15) based on written assurances that (1) they would transfer our sites and update DNS for us, and (2) there would be “no downtime.” In practice, the experience was the opposite: repeated outages, access blocks, inconsistent guidance, and frequent blame-shifting.
Highlights of what we experienced:
Repeated downtime and errors across critical pages (including landing pages that generate leads). We saw “Resource Limit Is Reached,” 403 Forbidden, Cloudflare 521, and even “410 Gone.”
Cloudflare/DNS handling was chaotic. We were told Cloudflare wasn’t their responsibility, then later they instructed/required Cloudflare, changed DNS routing, and even requested account credentials at one point. Later, they admitted Cloudflare routing was initiated by them.
Billing/account records were inconsistent: support repeatedly claimed “no payment recorded” or “no active license,” despite our payment confirmation and the service being in place.
Admin/support workflows were inefficient: we were repeatedly told to submit the same “access details” form again and again, and even encountered errors submitting it.
Support quality was inconsistent. Some agents tried to help, but others were dismissive, and the overall process lacked ownership and clear root-cause reporting.
We eventually got an invoice and the sites were migrated, but the ongoing performance and reliability issues (and the inconsistent support narrative) made this a very poor experience for a business relying on stable sites.
Currently, our sites are encountering issues with the package allocated by SIteguarding, we paid premium, we were suppose to be allocated 50 gb per site, upon chatting with the support, they only allocated 1 gb, our site was offline for 1 week, they didnt accept liability but instead tried to keep selling us the premium package until today when we are already under premium since November.
Lastly, our cpanel credentials are changed daily for some reason by their system, we cant even access the sites. They are blaming us that we keep changing but we didnt. They blame their poor performance of bug checking to the client, instead of finding the root cause.

They did amazing job! Our company site was under attack and they blocked it quickly! They didn't make me wait, even though it was weekend. Very happy and highly recommend them for website security!
This is quite possibly the worst service I've ever come across. The software itself was fine, but as others have mentioned, when it came time to cancel the subscription, they just keep taking payments anyway.
I literally canceled the service in 2022 and they still take their annual payments and whenever I either chat or email support about it, they either ignore me or don't really help.
Their last response was 'If you want to cancel subscription please login to Paypal account and cancel autobilling there.'
We don't use PayPal, they take payments directly from my credit card.
And, that's it. Nothing since. Every time I go to chat they say 'we have escalated it, someone will contact you asap...blah blah' and nothing.
Stay away from these guys. You have been warned
Their support team was always available and very helpful. They made sure everything was in perfect working order before signed off. I'm happy what I have paid for and my issue was fixed very fast.

I am looking at moving my housing away from SG and chatted with the support team about billing. The support chat said I would be bill on a specific day and then they billed early. When I asked about a refund, they said not refunds will be provided. Deceptive service, stay away

Siteguarding have been protecting my site with a premium package for several years now.
Thousands of attempted hacks logged, all of them defended.
Had a couple of times that files have been corrupted due to a server error, and they have quickly logged into the back end of the server and fixed the files directly and within moments of starting a live chat with them about it.
My homepage changed to ugly message by hacker, so bad. This security fix it fast and now my site looks normal again. Very good support too. Danke, it works great and great experience overall!
I was charged 37.75 EUR by SiteGuarding CY Ltd. on April 29, 2025, despite having canceled all services and my subscription having expired on April 29, 2024. No authorization was given for the charge, and yet I was billed for a two-year renewal I never agreed to.
I contacted their support multiple times. They acknowledged the cancellation and confirmed that my case had been escalated to the billing department. However, after 9 days of waiting, no refund or resolution was provided.
Retaining unauthorized charges and failing to respond to legitimate refund requests reflects very poor business practices.
I am working now 6 months with SiteGuarding. I was attacked by hackers in september 24. It was a huge damage as I have a very bis amount of content, as I give online-courses. Then I decided to go with SiteGuarding. Since then I had a very professional, fast, uncomplicated and human support. And my Wordpress-Website is in good hands. You can rely on these guys, they know what they are doing.
