I recently completed the 5-day Total Station Setting Out training with Matt Hughes in Northampton, and it was great.! Matt started with a 1-2 hour briefing on the equipment, followed by hands on practice using robotic total station tools outdoors. The practical knowledge gained was really useful for on-site surveying. Highly recommended this course.

I had taken a weeklong course in engineering surveys and setting out. I had an amazing experience. Throughout the training session and beyond, our amiable trainer Matt was always available to help. Engineering surveying skills with robotic total stations, dumpy levels, rotating laser levels, and piper lasers were greatly enhanced by the training.

Fantastic course and an even more fantastic trainer. Made the course very engaging and helps people with all experiences. Would highly recommend

Matty was great and made a week I thought would be boring to a fun, interactive week.

Matt was a fantastic trainer, who was enthusiastic throughout & nothing was an inconvenience for him.

Typically, I feel a lot of the courses we are sent on are a box ticking exercise, however, over the last 3 years of training courses this has been the stand out.

I enjoyed every aspect of this course & Matt's approach to 'no death by Powerpoint', getting out on site and taking a practical approach to teaching was the perfect way to deliver this course.

I am now so much more confident in my ability to set out on site & I couldn't have done it without the help & support of Matt at Site Skills Knowhow.
