2 separate orders. First order went to the wrong address, luckily the man was nice enough to bring the opened and out of the box part to me. Second order still haven't received. Was supposed to be here a week ago. Keep getting told to give it more time.

Purchased 6 pack of NGK pencil coils for 07 Dodge Nitro 3.7L from Amazon along with Ruthenium plugs from AutoZone and within weeks of driving #1 coil started misfiring. Swapped coil with original and ran fine. Within a few more weeks #5 misfiring. Put old coil back on and fine again. Lasted a few months then last week a third one intermittently misfiring. Took the coils to a local authorized NGK distributor and was told they might be fake. Requested a return, exchange, refund or any type of correction/compensation through Amazon and absolutely no response.. I will never buy coils their again. $160 Down the drain..
Update: Sixity Auto saw this review and are sending me out another new set of wires today. YAY!! Thankyou Sixity Auto! Will add another update after new set is tested. I'm hopeful this will solve the issues. NGK has always been a go to brand in my family since I was a young boy working with my father in his shop he owned/operated for 30 years. I run NGK pkugs and wires in all of my previous vehicles and my current 3 vehicles. 87 Toyota Pickup, 95 Nissan pathfinder and 07 Dodge Nitro. Have Never had a problem like this and so far these ruthenium plugs only have one oil change on them. For $15 a piece, they better not be causing any problems... And IMHO there is no better color than NGK blue spark plug wires to make your old engine compartment pop.

I was happy for receiving the bearings but was disappointed that the races didn't come with them. I never bought bearings before that came separate . now I have to find races?
