One of the worst companies. Very insensitive. We booked a car to pick from Dubai. However due to the war we had to cancel our holidays (we cannot fly) and also cancelled the booking with SiXT. And guess what, they charged us a cancellation fee. We asked them if the reasons and they said that’s it’s our fault! What??? Never again!!!

The great service with the SIXT UAE, the very new and clean outside and inside and thanks a lot for the all support and explanations we were given by the company employees. Very friendly and kind stuff you have guys. We would always recommend your company to our family and friends if they ever visit your country. Thank you for the best service and a very high quality of everything we’ve had during our stay

Best customer service by far compared to other Sixt teams that I've dealt with, namely in North America and Europe. Sizt Dubai truly raised the bar! Vivek Nair who handled my check-in was a true rock star who even helped me get my international driving license sorted on-the-fly and this helped me enjoy my trip in Dubai with a good car to drive around with!

I’ve rented cars many times over the years both while traveling around the world and during my 16 years living in Dubai and I can honestly say the team at Sixt stands out.

The service was exceptional, especially from the Filipino agent who assisted me, and another lovely lady who initially processed my rental (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name). They were both warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the experience.

Car rental is ultimately a service business, and what you really want as a customer is a smooth, human experience. The team at Sixt delivered exactly that. Highly recommend.
