Hi There,

Thank you for my kangaroo chair it looks amazing in my living room. I am really happy with the quality.
The only thing I was disappointed the delivery date being delayed, I should have received it in December, but, received the chair on the 6th of January.
I would recommend Six The Residence the quality of the furniture is amazing.

Great design and quality ..spent months looking for chairs… these are the best mid century and stylish …

Very happy from ordering to delivery. I think that sums it all up.
And my delivery came much earlier than expected expected.

The table I ordered is too wide to fit through a standard UK door width rend ring it completely useless and unable to fit into any room other than through the very front door into the house

Dispatch was to take up to four weeks and the product arrived in about 4 working days- it’s perfect and delivery was seemless.

Good product but arrived three months later than the original long delivery date (which I mostly understood due to Covid/Suez/Brexit) however the poor communication felt less acceptable - I was given a delivery date on more than one occasion which was then missed with no communication from Six until I contacted them...

I’ve bought this bed now a few times for my clients and it has been perfect, I’ve moved house this week and bought myself the super king size one, quality is amazing, such a good price and looks fabulous. I’m an interior designer so I have the pick of the best beds out there, with better trade discounts but I’ve chosen this boucle bed for the above reasons.

Lovely desk and quick delivery with good comms. Customer services were also helpful, quick and kind when I sent them some queries before buying.

Still waiting on my desk and chair a month later. Poor communication. Not great considering the £1k cost.

Amazing product, customer service and delivery.

Amazing quality and great customer service. Delivery was a breeze and absolutely love the chair I bought. I also paid used Klarna (pay in 30 days) so was able to check the quality and make sure I was happy before paying. Highly recommended and will definitely be purchasing their other items in future.

Poor quality chairs. 2 x chairs arrived damaged.
Packaging very poor! Legs poking out of the box.
Difficult to speak to a member of staff to resolve.
Over all disappointing and frustrating, unfortunately.

The quality of the product is very high but it is z bit pricey. The 1 cushion pad I ordered came in a huge unnecessary box. Love the style of the items for sale. Will buy more especially if they have a sale!
