Online experience was poor as my order size was wrong in footwear.
I returned trainers to Liverpool 1 store,they never had footwear in store so ordered them and received them 3 days later,so shop experience so much easier.

I always have the best experience at…
I always have the best experience at Size. The team is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and I never leave empty handed. Every visit ends with a great pair of shoes in my hands. This time especially, Essie went above and beyond. She helped me find the perfect style and the right size, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. On top of that, she was incredibly sweet to my dog who was with me. That kind of care and attention really stands out.

Staff are always helpful.
On more than one occasion the store has not had my size or a particular footwear. Staff have ordered for me, with super fast delivery included free. Happy days
