The hosting is amazing
The hosting is amazing! At first it can be a little confusing to figure it out, but once you do everything is so easy to set up! And the price is AMAZING, and the support when i needed help was straight forward and helped me very quickly i will definitely keep using this!

Charged for second month without my consent – no refund, no cancellation option, support blocked me
I paid for my first month of hosting and used the server normally.
On May 11–12, SkailarHost charged my card again for a second month. I did not authorise or request this charge for the second month.
I could not find any option to disable auto-renewal in their control panel. The billing section was not visible to me.
On the same day (May 11–12), I contacted their support and asked for a full refund and cancellation. I did not use the server during this new billing period. Server logs show no activity.
Their response:
Refused to refund, claiming the service was "provided in full" because the server was allocated to me
Stopped responding to my messages
Then blocked me from contacting support
However: My server remains active and accessible in their control panel They blocked me but left the service running.
Why this matters:
Their own Terms of Service state that disputes are governed by Italian law, which gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. I notified them on day 1 – within the 14-day period.
What I would suggest to improve:
Make the auto-renewal cancellation option clearly visible in the control panel
Allow customers to request a refund within a reasonable period (e.g., 7–14 days) for unused time
Do not block customers who have unresolved refund requests
My advice to others: Be very careful with auto-renewal on SkailarHost. Make sure you can actually find the cancellation option – I could not. Do not expect a refund, even if you contact them on the same day you are charged.
I have now filed a chargeback with my bank.

Panel Login Problems
When accessing the panel it goes into the login screen where even though the password and email are right it keeps saying "No account matching those credentials could be found".

To clarify: the game panel uses a separate set of credentials from your client area account. This is intentional — keeping them independent adds an extra layer of security to your services. The login details for the panel are sent to you via email upon service activation.
If you no longer have access to that email or missed it, you can easily reset your panel password directly from the panel login page using the "Forgot password" option.
