I ordered the His/Her Spector set as a gift for a very special couple in Türkiye. Although the package arrived in Türkiye within days, it got held up in customs for over a month. I decided to reorder the set and have them hand-delivered by a friend who was traveling there, only to discover the Spector set had sold out. While there were other great options, the Spector set was my absolute top choice.

Once SkeletonHD heard my story, they reached out directly to the manufacturer to place a rush order and overnighted the set to make sure I had it in time for my friend's flight. They easily could have said there was nothing they could do, but through every email, the team at SkeletonHD showed incredible empathy and compassion.

I bought them and at first, the band was too small. After contacting the aftersales, they send me a new pair and I could keep the old ones, who where too small.

Scam. They say they will send you a free bracelet and then they cancel your order for no reason. Then it redirects you to their website to buy it. Don't advertise it's free when you don't send one for free. Dishonest company and I will never give them my business.

A product is only as good as the after care and customer service if there is an issue. I am a return customer and love the quality of the pieces. My leather bracelet broke. I called and spoke to real person yesterday. I'm looking at the replacement on my wrist within 24hrs.

I loved the Joker man bracelet stack and ordered. Not only but 2 very nice free gifts, which is pretty much unheard of these days from a company! I found my MAN company for good quality bracelets, necklaces and accessories!! The Joker 🌑 beads sent by mistake. Shot an email to say and instantly already shipped the correct Light color beads I wanted!! The free St.Patrick ☘️day bracelet and the very Kool, just awesome high quality Skull💀key fob key chain holder is spectacular and has good girth!!

Mega geile Qualität der Armbänder und richtig geiler Service. Habe 2 mal das Armband falsch (Farbe nicht gefallen) bestellt, beim dritten mal nun das richtige habe sogar noch ein Geschenk bekommen, absolut top. Versand Mega schnell und unkompliziert nach Deutschland.
