That's great to hear Susan :-) Thank you for your order and kind review!
Great service!
The posters I ordered are great and everything was very well packaged. This was important as the Evri driver left them outside the door in the rain.

Hi Janet, thank you so much for your order. I will be passing on the feedback to Evri as their drivers should not be leaving items in the rain, sorry about that! Glad that the prints weren't damaged though due to the packaging :-) All the best, Michael

Excellent service!
I ordered three lyrical pictures with the black frame. Delivered in 5 days and that’s taking into consideration the Bank Holiday! Three beautiful, striking pictures and the frames really finish them off. Would recommend

20th work anniversary piece
Michael created a custom artwork to celebrate a colleague’s 20 years with the company, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It beautifully captured her journey in such a creative and thoughtful way. Often, company-related artwork can feel overly branded, but what Michael produces is genuine art — the kind you’d be proud to hang on your wall. He’s a pleasure to work with: responsive, fast, and always accommodating. I would highly recommend Sketchbook Design to anyone looking to commission a custom piece or purchase from his incredible collection online. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Triangular packaging- not good
We purchased an Oasis poster for our sons birthday to coincide with the recent concerts in our local Heaton Park. We were happy with the price and delivery timing. However the poster was rolled up and in a triangular cardboard package. The result was faint crease marks and part of the back ground colouring 'scratched'. We should have raised a complaint, but as our son lives away from home, we mounted the poster in the frame and presented it on his birthday. He noticed the damage! We would advise you to use a cylindrical tube rather than a weak triangular package.

Hi Ivan, sorry to hear that the item arrived in a less than satisfactory state, unfortunately this occasionally happens due to issues in transport. I am more than happy to offer a replacement when we are contacted about any issues. We changed to the triangular postage boxes as they are fully plastic-free unlike the tubes which had plastic end caps. We have been using them for over 12 months now and have seen no increase in damaged items. Again, please accept my apologies about your item, please contact me for a replacement. Thanks
