Ordered two pairs of trainers for home delivery, however they were left at a convenience store and had to be collected (someone was in all day). When informing 'Sketchers' they said, "UPS have the right to do so". Poor customer care, when they have your money they don't care how or when you get the items you paid for. AVOID!

I visited the Brent Cross store today.A lovely young lady named Angel helped me.She is so kind & patient and made me feel relaxed.I bought some lovely slip ins.Angel is a credit to the store.Thank you.

It would be lower if it was possible as paid over £125 for. Supposed waterproof, slip in boots - what a waste of money. Laces keep coming undone so slip in feature redundant as constantly having to bend down to retiie laces and most importantly, certainly are not waterproof, not even water resistant. Total rip off

Listen, I'm a homebound shopper who's somehow become the unofficial delivery depot for my friends' shopping obsessions. My doorstep? It's basically their personal locker now, except I work for free and get to play unpaid postal worker with their returns. Living the dream, right?

My son takes one look and practically drools— these things had him mesmerised (autistic!). They're absolutely incredible to wear. The kind of comfort that makes you FORGET THEIR ON...OOPS. Scowling mummy!

If someone had handed me a pair back in the day, I would've gone absolutely nuts for them. Mine own grinders wouldst cry out for grace!

Bottom line? If you spot these anywhere, grab them immediately.

Soles are less and less durable so the cost of re shoeing goes up and up... the assistant in Cheltenham store was uncommunicative - or untrained - or just couldn't care less.

Visited the Freeport, Braintree Store. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This is unfortunately not always the case in my recent visits to the High Street!

Ordered boots online. 4-7 days delivery. Still waiting 20 days later. No response to emails. Avoid, they are very slow with poor customer service. It’s faster to go to the shops!
Boots still have not even shipped yet.

Shoes are comfortable and Robyn at Basingstoke store was very helpful and solved our problems efficiently

The shoes with the slip in are great but every time I buy sketchers I return them as my feet look huge in them!they stretch way out to the front in comparison with other training shoe makes! I have a disability and I need a long handled shoe horn to get training shoes on. The idea of slip in heels is great but please change the style!

Ordered 2 pairs of Sketchers online, once order placed, I was told they were coming from Belgium via UPS. UPS tracking said they were out for delivery arriving between 10.00 and 1,00 today - they didnt arrive. Further searches shows that UPS still await their arrival. I await Sketchers resonse to my query in due course (up to 5 working days) meanwhile Ive taken out a Paypal dispute for non delivery. You would not believe the curt response that I received from Sketchers - they are definitely on the slippery slope - they have lost me as a future customer for sure. Once bitten and all that.

Went to the Sketchers shop in Poole , Sophie was the lady I dealt with , got to say she was smashing . She really helped me buy the right pair of trainers , and they are so comfortable , as I have trouble sometimes , as I have arthritis , and one foot swells up .

Really disappointed that the stitching has come away on the right foot of my first pair of sketchers despite light use.
