Your company is a scammer and you are thieves!!!
I don't know how your company hacked 😕 my account?, but I was charged for whatever I didn't purchase 😒 SHAME ON YOU!!! Bunch of A**Hol*S!!!!!!

Had a payment leave my account today, I have Complex Emotional Needs and never signed up to this. Contacted customer services through WhatsApp and the ugly guy with glasses just blocked me.

Not great. For $136 I thought I was getting cover letter and resume. Just got a resume and it needs a lot of clean up and effort on my end to get it passable. I will just do the cover letter myself after seeing what kind of results I got with $136. I gave the writer 5 days to get it done and they were unresponsive the entire time. I got my first draft a few minutes after the deadline (at this point I had no idea if I was getting anything). Several words were misspelled and typos. The word “account” used instead of accountant, a common city name misspelled, generally sloppy. An entire job was left off and I had to request it 2x to get it added. Still waiting to get a complete draft. Do not recommend - not a good experience. Do it yourself you will have to redo it anyway.

It is a computer program. The sentences didn't make sense and it just ran a program and listed 'business' words. There is no one to speak with if you have concerns. The writers are not people. Just photos, it isn't real.

Cover letter landed me my current job! I was hesitant whether I would get it, I thought a resume would be enough, but it’s the cover letter that got me noticed!

I paid for the Resume+Cover Letter+Linkedin Profile package. The original estimate was 2 days and the "final" version was delivered 4 days after that. He stopped working on my documents to work on another order which arrived after mine. He mixed up content so some of the errors in my resume and linkedin profile was text he pasted from another person's information. Also, he would take several hours before replying to my messages. I agree that i was once at fault for filling a survey document around 7 hours after it was sent, but i was at work. Fine, maybe a day delay was my fault. But four?? The final version of the three documents had errors which im correcting manually.

Their customer service chat is not fast (hard to communicate), the summary they include on top of my resume is nothing related to my experience and basically, they don't try their best to improve my resume. The writer did not follow the instruction I gave.
