Good quality and delivered quickly
Used to have to order this product from a different online shop and wait weeks for delivery. Ordered exactly what I needed from Skin-Nomad for a good price, got a note to say it was dispatched that day, and a couple of days later it arrived. Had Royal Mail tracking and everything. Great service.

Did not get next day delivery, on spending over £70
Very disappointed, having spent way above the threshold for next day delivery but didn’t get my order for 5 days. I find that ‘false advertising’ as the promise wasn’t delivered. Plus one item not in stock…but they did refund me quickly, so that’s positive.

Your order was placed on Saturday afternoon, and unfortunately due to an inventory issue, it was not dispatched until Tuesday. On top of that, it was mistakenly sent via 48h delivery instead of the 24h service you were eligible for, which is not the experience we aim to provide.
We sincerely apologise for this. As soon as we identified the issue, we immediately refunded the out-of-stock item and offered a £15 store credit as a gesture of goodwill, but we recognise that this doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused.
This situation is not reflective of our usual standards, and we are reviewing our internal processes to prevent this from happening again, both in terms of stock accuracy and shipping selection.
If there’s anything further we can do for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Great service, ordered late the night before and it was shipped super early the next day and came well in time for Christmas. It was packaged really well, would definitely use skin nomad again! Great service!!

Ticks all the boxes
This sunscreen meets all my requirements - it's natural, non-nano and doesn't leave a white cast but more of a dewy sheen. Just to point out - I have fair skin so it may show up more on darker complexions. Also I was surprised how little you need, just a quarter teaspoon for the whole face. The price was about average for the size and type of suncream so coupled with only needing a small amount I think it's good value.
