From the very beginning, speaking to Zuhra felt so easy and comfortable. She has such a friendly and approachable way about her, and the way she communicates made me feel completely at ease. I never felt judged or uncomfortable, and she made it easy for me to express myself openly.

Very polite and professional.. But at the same time they make you feel comfortable and if you are starting out on your journey they answer all of the questions and doubts you may have. It's efficient.. The deliveries are also very quick, packaged to protect the product. No judgement, Health checks/history. Once you are all clear, everything can start. Brilliant customer service
Skin and Shape are great and always there on email if I require them. I also do my weekly dose on a video call with the pharmacist and I'm very happy with their service and delivery. The initial consultation was as long as I required and I had many questions which were answered in full with warmth and kindness.

The best company I've used for weight loss medication
I’ve had a really positive experience with Skin and Shape. I was quite nervous about starting Mounjaro, but they’ve been so helpful from the beginning and always made me feel at ease.
Whenever I’ve had questions or needed reassurance, they’ve been quick to respond and have never made me feel like I was asking silly questions. It’s been really nice knowing there’s someone there to support you throughout the journey, not just send the medication and that’s it.
I’d definitely recommend Skin and Shape to anyone thinking about starting Mounjaro. Great service and genuinely lovely, supportive team

I’ve recently switched to Skin & Shape Pharmacy for my Mounjaro treatment after using a different supplier, and I’m so glad I made the change.
I first discovered Skin & Shape through TikTok, where I regularly watched Zuhra’s live sessions. She is incredibly informative, supportive, and genuinely motivational. She also carried out my initial consultation, and she made me feel completely at ease from the start.
The service has been excellent so far. I received my delivery within 24 hours of placing my order, which really impressed me.
Although it’s still early days, my experience has been fantastic, and I’m excited to continue my journey with Skin & Shape Pharmacy. I would definitely recommend them based on the service I’ve received so far.
