Tried to cancel by email, I wasn’t successful tried to find the customer portal to cancel subscription found it very hard. find this very frustrating.

I'm very happy; I've tried several products, and this is the one I like best, both because of the results and because it's so easy to use. Excellent value for the money

BEWARE…. when you place an order they will automatically sign you up for a monthly SUBSCRIPTION and will AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE your account!!! And the masks are just mediocre at best. NOT WORTH IT.

Shipping was fast and the packaging is nice; the product is good, but I'm not sure yet if it does what it promises. I'm giving it 4 stars for now.

Beware because they put you on a subscription without being clear about it. I tried to cancel it before the next sending but they didn’t let me.

I asked Skinklean to cancel a subscription I did not know I had arranged during my initial purchase. They ignored my email to cancel before the next order. Once the next payment had been debited from my account and the order had been dispatched they then made contact with me to help cancel subscription.
They do not even make you aware in any form of communication that you have signed up on a subscription until your money is out of your account.

This company are criminals. No refund was provided.

The packaging looks amazing very luxurious and the best part is that the product is of equal or even higher quality.The price is more than justified; the quality is on par with that of major, well-known brands.

You buy, and out if no where, they enroll you jn a Monthly subscription. Not transparent at all. They stole my money.

Received my first order and tried the mask. I had a reaction to it. I broke out really bad. Which is odd because I normally don’t. Apparently I signed up for the subscription. I have now been charged 3 times, have not received product for the last two charges. No one responds to emails. There is no number to call. I’ve paid over $230 for product that I’m either allergic to or hasn’t arrived. Do not do business with this company!

Incredible results! What a product

Really good product, my girlfriend always want to use it during the weekend while watching a film.

SkinKlean got a magical power to change my nighttime routine for the good. I'm saying it because the masks are able to provide hydration for a longer period of time, and my sensitive skin is not only reacting positively but also, I have had no issues at all. Soon, I will be back to order the stock. Mark my words.

I just really love the baby collagen mask. It does not move around and does not "fall out of place" so it's so easy to relax! Exceptional quality.

Billing
I ordered these direct from the website and intentionally ordered a one time shipment as I had never tried them before. They took almost an entire month to receive, I had to email them to remind them about my order and they apologized and I got them two weeks later.
Then I see they attempted to charge me less than a month later as if I signed up for a recurring subscription and I emailed them and they said I would no longer be billed. Then again a couple weeks later I woke up to see two declined charges for this company. thankfully I used apple cash for these transactions, I did mark them as fraud and had to disconnect my bank account from apple cash to ensure no further charges would occur. Do not order direct! The masks are ok but not worth the trouble, definitely not a magic hydrator

These collagen masks have transformed my skincare routine. My skin feels silky soft and refreshed every morning. Professional results at home I’m truly impressed.

I found the masks are unusable , they break apart and barely stick to you skin which makes it impossible to wear overnight as suggested, I was able to keep the top mask (they come in two pieces) for an hour while I lay completely still but the bottom was totally useless. They also sneakily sign you up for a subscription and refused to cancel the second order even after i contacted them within minutes of them charging my card. I now have over $300 worth of USELESS masks and have to change my credit card details because I do not trust this company.
