Super quick response and dealt with immediately

I had an issue with my package, the delivery driver left it somewhere unsafe and I never received my package. Nick was really helpful and sorted this out for me asap and got me a full refund too. Thank you Nick, really appreciate it!!

This is my first time ordering from this website and I am beyond satisfied with the efficiency of the staff .I have ordered by mistake 345Dr Althea instead of 147Dr Althea ,I send them a message if it's possible to replace it and I got a reply in less than 24h saying they replaced it .
I will definitely order again .

Cannot fault the customer service. Extremely polite and quick to resolve my issue - sent out a replacement along with a free gift for the inconvenience (when really it was Evri's fault for the poor delivery experience). Clearly a company that cares about their customers! Only thing I would note to improve would be to provide more delivery options, I would happily forgo the free delivery and choose a more reliable delivery service in my area like Royal Mail. Thank you!

Always on time with deliveries, always packed lovely, prices are some of the cheapest on the internet, I use a lot of Korean skincare which is hard to find a genuine supplier in the UK and these guys stock all the ones I use. Plus there’s always a little sample or two to try which I’ve noticed a lot of companies don’t do much any more.
Highly recommend them and it’s now my go to when I’m ready to repurchase my skincare.

I like these products and reordered

So my original parcel was lost by Evri and when I contacted Skinsider costumer support, NICK <3 was super helpful and we resolved the issue super fast, plus I tried one the the collagen masks I ordered today and the fine line next to my lips is gone, happy daaayysss:) thank you Nick and Skisider :)
