The service is excellent, you dont have to queue from 04:30 am waiting for the admin clerks to issue the patient file.

The assistance it's always poor 😕 I had to go and look for a file for myself while I booked an appointment.....
The people working by the window we collect our meds are rude and impatient with us. They do not give proper assistance and seem to lack knowledge about how their department works.
One even once left my file by the window without assisting me because I came 7 days after ,and on top it was my first time picking up my medication using online booking.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m genuinely sorry that your first visit using our online booking system left you feeling unsupported and frustrated. That’s not the experience we want for our patients, especially those trying to take the proper steps by booking ahead.
Let me also take a moment to clarify a few things you raised.
If your patient file is not immediately available from our side, we usually guide patients to Patient Administration to help locate it. Once you’ve collected the file, we will assist you directly in Windows 6 without requiring you to queue again. We understand this may be an extra step, but it helps us speed up the process once your file is in hand.
Regarding appointment dates, we allow a grace period of 7 days after your appointment. If you miss your appointment, you still have a week to collect your medication without being sent back to the clinic. If more than 7 days pass, you may be referred to your doctor to ensure your prescription is still clinically appropriate and safe to dispense.
That said, it’s clear from your review that we must improve communication and treat patients with kindness and respect, especially when someone is new to the system. We’re currently following up with the staff involved and will reinforce training around service, empathy, and how we support first-time users.

The process was painless. In fact we could have been assisted even quicker but we waited in the pharmacy hall until our appointment was due. We could have handed the hospital card in immediately and possibly been assisted ahead of time.

The skip the que saves time for us and now ques are more manageable as there aren't any long ques anymore
