Send you replacement heads when never signed up for them , then tell you you can return them for a refund after they have taken your hard earned off you if you fill out their form that doesn’t recognise your order number. Email them for help and guess what ! …………. Yep they never respond ….

Good when it works, which is not for long.
Bought for my husband, worked for a few months then the battery started going flat really quickly. They said either return and wait 2 months or pay £35 for a reasonable speed. Waited the 2 months and in the meantime bought a cheaper one to use while he waited (for about £35). It eventually came back and all was well, until he left it accidentally in a hotel. I bought him a replacement, only for the battery to go again after only 6 months. Customer service gave me the same choices so here we are again waiting another 2 months, plus of course the inconvenience of finding packaging, and going across town to the post office. When it works it's good, but the customer service is dreadful and that matters when the product is unreliable. I'd advise anyone to buy a different brand.

The amount of text alerts and marketing you get spammed with is beyond annoying. They don’t expose any controls to throttle this down or unsubscribe, and they don’t provide any support links on their website to ask them either.

Bought a replacement blade, which broke soon after. Contacted the company months ago but I’ve not even had a courtesy email.
What a shame
What a shame. The product feels sturdy and well made. I bought a Pitbull Gold a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with it. However, a few months ago, even though it's fully charged, it just stopped working. Emailed the company to see if they had any advice (would have been happy to buy another of their shavers), but didn't hear back from them. Emailed them again, but still heard nothing. I can only endorse what other people have put on here and suggest you try one of their competitors ... or use a bic!

Brought the diamond pro pack in November 2024 and it broke in June! Sent it back as it’s got 5 years warranty they sent me back a cheaper version and they won’t send the diamond pro untill next year as they have no stock. But they are still selling them on the website.

Worse than my old cheap head shaver and no response from customer service!
I've been using a cheap head shaver for the last couple of years, and although I was happy using it dry on my head, it left my face and neck very sore unless I used it wet. So I thought I'd take the plunge and buy the Ptibull Gold Pro, as the reviews were so good.
Unfortunately, I found it at best to be the same as my cheap shaver and even a bit sore when dry shaving my head. This was surprising, as I'd never changed the blades on my 2 year old cheap head shaver! Maybe it was faulty? or maybe the blades were faulty? no idea, so I emailed customer service. I also tried to change the subscription that was setup for new blades but then got a bit suspicious because the page wouldn't fully load so it wasn't possible to click on the link to change or cancel the subscription? I tried on 3 different web browsers on my laptop and also tried on my phone, all with the same problem. Tried for 3 days and even sent screenshots showing the problem to customer service.
I used to design and build websites, so I found a workaround and managed to cancel the subscription. Again I emailed customer service and at this point I'd had enough and wanted to return the whole thing for a refund. Now, the refund process (at the moment) seems straightforward and is easily done through the website BUT at no point I have received any response to my 3 emails and it's now been over a week since I sent them, yet I still get marketing emails daily from them and one asking for a review, so here it is!
My advice, from my own experience, is don't bother and if you do and you need send it back for a refund because they won't respond.

Contacted customer support regarding bits falling off not one reply from them absolutely ignorance get your act together and give some decent customer service even sent pictures.

I bought the Skullshaver Pitbull Pro in 2024. It worked fine for about two months then suddenly stopped working (the blades were not turning fast enough to shave my head.) I contacted their customer service people, they said send it back for repair. I did that but when they returned it there was no difference. I gave them another chance and returned it a second time, it still did not work properly, this company are running a scam, as simple as that. Do not under any circumstances buy a product from this company! Buy a shaver from a reputable company, there are plenty of alternatives around.

My shaver was just under 2 years old and the head no longer attaches to the body of the shaver as the lugs have worn away. Reported the issue for warranty claim and they denied a claim as the claim was outside the warranty from date of purchase, however, it took 2-5 days to ship from memory and they don’t count this… poor. No goodwill. Poor. Buying something else!
BEWARE! SCAMMER
As a lot of previous reviews mentioned this a terrible company, do yourself a favour and do not purchase anything from them! They are leeching scammers you won't be able to shake off.
The problem starts when you try to change or cancel your subscription.
Although it should be as easy as clicking the button "cancel" on their website, it does not work. It tells you there is an issue and you need to contact them, but don't expect an answer from them, EVER.
After months of unsuccessful phone calls and constant emailing with absolutely no response, I decided to remove their access to my payment. I also emailed them to inform them of it (no response, of course).
And now few days ago I received emails from them telling me my next subscription order is on its way?!
My only guess is they are attempting to demand money from me after delivering items I did not order.
I will have to contact my bank and seeking legal advice.
Save yourself the same headache, plenty of actual good company out there.
It's a trap! DON'T fall as I did.
I'm so disappointed that I didn't research this company and realise it was a scam. I fell for it.
Like everybody else says, everything is ok until something goes wrong.
A) You CAN'T cancel your subscription. You will need to call your bank to put a block on it.
B) You CAN'T get through to any customer service. It simply doesn't exist.
C) The product is likely to fail very soon
D) You can't make any changes to your email or addresses, so your purchases will end up in somebody else's possession like mine did. I gave plenty of warning and requested an update to my contact details... It was ignore, or course.
Please, if you read this, be better than me. Close the webpage and go elsewhere.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've had four of their Forte shaver heads break in exactly the same way. On all barring one occasion, they've refused to replace them.
They are ignoring my requests to return the head unit. And won't answer specific requests about product longevity.
The shaver itself is brilliant but customer service and quality are dire.
