Where do I start. I wish I had tracked the source of my purchased product back to Skyline earlier than I did. I did not purchase through them but somewhere up the supply chain, they sold the goods I bought. After getting a counterfeit claim on the product that came from them, they refused to share their supply chain documents to authenticate the product and confirm it is legit. After many attempts at open communication and dialog with them, they are completely shut off from providing documents to stand behind their product. Its a real shame there are still distributors in these times, still doing business like this. Times have changed and people expect transparency of where their products come from. Supplier anonymity is no longer a way of doing business anymore. Especially when confronted with a counterfeit claim. I urge anyone that finds their product come from this source to stay far away. Don't expect if you buy from them directly, they will agree to supply documentation either.
Response: I have communicated with you on multiple channels, including email, Telegram, Discord, and such. I have shared with you the counterfeit claim from the brand itself and that they claim the product is "material different". In order to validate and authenticate the product, I must show document proof, which includes your source for the product you sold. The only documentation you provided was the same invoice I already sent to you (the buyers). That does not help with authentication. I need the suppliers invoice to Skyline, or from the brand itself. Without these documents, the product is considered fraudulent. Its not baseless accusations and I am not trying to defame your business. Its an honest experience of my encounter with working with Skyline.
Your statement about what most suppliers do, I communicated with 3 other suppliers, including your direct customer, and they were very helpful to share their invoices to remedy the situation. This is how I was able to trace the product to Skyline. You are the only supplier refusing to help authenticate the product you sold us.

Stay far away from them!
I was first contacted by Jamari from Skyline Distribution about doing business with them. They sent Lemme Vitamins to Amazon and labeled them, but after multiple customer complaints about the products being fake, Amazon put an IP complaint on my account. This caused me to lose thousands of dollars. When I reached out to Jamari for help, all he did was tell me to submit the invoice, which I did several times. Amazon denied it due to the counterfeit complaints. Jamari directed me to his manager, Carlos, who never responded to my texts and twice claimed he’d look into it, but nothing happened. DO NOT buy from these people. They sell fake goods and use the excuse that "all sales are final." Sales shouldn't be final when the items are deemed fake by Amazon and customers.

And, If you ask them to provide invoice in advance to get approval from Amazon. Then will ask $800 or more extra from you in order to just give you only invoice in advance.
Clearly this is a scam in which they try to fool and loot newcomers. So, Please stay away and be aware of these type of scammers.
They talked with me after this review and I submitted the chat proofs to them and explained them that their company is asking for $800 for just giving invoice in advance. They call it ungating services just a fancy word. Clearly, If your Business is credible in the eyes of Amazon, And any seller submit it, the invoice will get accepted otherwise not. Simple. Why anybody need to pay you extra $800 for this thing. Next, I have my wholesale account with them, They are still sending me emails regarding their inventory and offers but I don't trust them.So, I don't want to do business with them. Accidently, One of their Employee send me the invoice in advance to get approval. I tried it and it got declined by Amazon and after that they asked $800 for ungating services. The invoice was also very unprofessional. Still, They are saying they don't know me. I have a proof of everything in email and whatsapp chat.
And, I also verified myself because I am speaking truth. So, Guys take your decisions wisely. It's your hard earned money. Which will not be refunded. Rest is upto you.

Skyline promises many things but does not deliver. They promised delivery within 20 days and it’s been over 60 days and they have not updated any timeframe for delivery. No promises of refunds as they say all sales are final. If you haven’t delivered over 60 days and you have not refunded, that’s horrible customer service. If you are a reseller, avoid this company.

Cautious
My first transaction went smoothly; however, I didn't appreciate that they shipped two units in the original box, especially since it was a hair blower. My second transaction didn't go as planned because they sold me the wrong model number, which was cheaper than the one advertised. The seller was kind enough to offer me a deal, but despite contacting them 4-5 times, they always say they'll get back to me and never do.
Edit: the finally got back to me. "They are working hard to fix this problem"
It's been about a month and half and the stop answering my text message. Clearly the company doesn't care about their clients.
