PC has had boot issues since day one and have had to contact support multiple times with no true fix. Three months later and the PSU has died on it and will take at least a month for them to fix and send back. For a PC just under $3k this has been a nightmare to deal with.

This is my second time needing help with my PC as I had some beginner difficulties the first time. This time needing support I had some driver issues and missing information. I talk to the same tech both times. And let me tell you if I ever have any more issues, I'll make sure I talked to (Timothy) with sky tech. What an amazing awesome guy that really knows his stuff and way around a PC, I cannot stress enough how stressful it is when having issues with your pc. He made the process smooth easy great communication and didn't make me feel rushed explaining everything to me as he was remotely fixing my pc. This guy needs a raise even if he already makes great money! He did such a great job I was trying to get him to give me his Cash App so I could send him money (buy him lunch) If you need assistance with your pc at sky tech and if you're lucky enough to get him as you support tech!! You'll see why I left such a good review for him!!

3 Stars – Excellent Customer Service, Disappointing Hardware Experience
I want to start by giving Skytech’s customer service team a huge shoutout. They were genuinely some of the best representatives I’ve dealt with in a long time — responsive, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. If the PC itself had performed as well as their support team, I would probably be a lifelong customer.
Unfortunately, the hardware experience didn’t match the service.
I bought a Prism 4 rig while it was on sale. For the first few days, it was a beast — great graphics, smooth performance, and high frame rates. However, I started noticing occasional flickering RGB lights. Then the issues escalated: the PC began randomly shutting down and restarting. A few days later, I got the Blue Screen of Death. This all happened within the first week of ownership.
Despite troubleshooting with customer service (who were very helpful), the PC would no longer boot into Windows. Since it was still brand new and under warranty, I decided to return it rather than ship it back for repair. Living in Hawaii, Skytech doesn’t cover return shipping, and I wasn’t comfortable spending a significant amount on shipping a brand-new PC with no guarantee it would be fully fixed.
The return process itself was quick and painless.
Final Verdict:
PC = Miss.
Customer Service = Phenomenal.
From what I’ve seen in other reviews, Skytech appears to be quite hit-or-miss. For me, it was unfortunately a miss on the hardware side, despite outstanding support.

Pretty fast gaming PC, you do got to do a bit of tweaking in some games but as a starting streamer, this runs everything pretty fast and good.
