Very poor from Skyway
I have used Skyway before with no problems and I had none catching my departing flight. However, on my return, I used the direct line to try to contact Skyway. The phone rang for nearly two minutes before I hung up and went back to the end of the line. When it was my turn I tried again. Same result. On my receipt there was a number to call Skyway but it came back "not a working number." I was totally stuck at that point until I remembered tha I got this survey earlier. I looked at it carefully and found a customer service line in Fort Lauderdale. That agent answered promptly, took down my problem and while I was on the phone with her she apparently had a working number for Skyway and got back to me saying the problem was resolved and I got my ride after having waited for nearly an hour. But it doesn't end there. When I got to Slyway my fellow traveler who had the same experience as I had and I were made to feel it was out fault and then blamed the Port of Seattle as if we were supposed to solve that issue ourselves. Interestingly, we had to wait in line for nearly 15 because she couldn't find a reservation for the motel for another very upset customer, Yes it is cheap but certainly not worth the anxiety of wondering what was happening and having no way to resolve it except for the coincidence that I had your survey on my cell phone.
