Skyways Media absolutely exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
They reached out to me toward the end of last year about creating a custom Buyer and Seller Guide for our company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Mountain Sky Properties. They sent me samples of their work and explained that there would be no cost to our company because the guide would be supported by advertising from local businesses. I will admit, it sounded a little too good to be true. It wasn't.
They sent Ellis to our area, and he spent approximately three weeks in town meeting personally with local businesses and vendors about advertising in the guide. He did a fantastic job representing both Skyways Media and our company. The advertisers have been extremely excited about the project, and most of them haven't even seen the finished physical guide yet.
We received our first shipment of printed guides yesterday, and I was genuinely blown away. They are absolutely gorgeous. The quality, design, paper, photography, and overall presentation make them look and feel like a high-end magazine. This is not something that feels like a typical real estate brochure or throwaway marketing piece. It is something people will actually want to pick up, look through, and keep.
Our agents will be giving these guides to their buyers and sellers, and Skyways even incorporated a thin, classy business card holder on the front so each agent can personalize the guide with their own card. They also provide our agents with digital versions that can be individually branded to them, which adds another tremendous layer of value.
Quite simply, no one else in our market has anything like this.
We are hosting an event in a few weeks for our advertisers, agents, and staff to celebrate the launch and personally thank the businesses that supported the guide. We intend to make sure those advertisers see a real return on the confidence they placed in both Skyways and our company.
My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. I originally wasn't sure our smaller market could support a project like this, and I was completely wrong. Based on the finished product and the excitement we are already seeing, I have no doubt that some of the businesses that passed on advertising this year will be calling to make sure they are included in the next edition.
Skyways Media delivered exactly what they promised and then surpassed it. The finished product represents our brand exceptionally well, provides something truly valuable for our clients and agents, and creates a unique opportunity for local businesses to connect with homeowners throughout our market.
I could not be happier with the experience or the final product. Five stars without hesitation, and I would highly recommend Skyways Media to any real estate company considering working with them.

Skyway's team was tasked to design my 1 page company's advertisement. The design team came up with the initial concept of the page and I took it from there. Their team was very patient with me as I did request multiple changes. I am extremely happy with the final product they produced. What a great fun experience. This company is very respectful of your time and does all of the heavy lifting! The staff that visited the office were so fun to be around. The books turned out great. We did have some scheduling hiccups some of which were our fault, by the same token a caution is sometime AI appeared to be used to re edit what we had already corrected so my advice is get on a zoom or teams near the end to solidify. Also, it is much better if you provide a list of trusted vendors and you tell the vendors what to expect, some vendors we had no prior relationship had unrealistic expectations in my opinion of what they could expect from us. Books and online product are very nice.
