First Class Service
Our first experience with Slater and Gordon and even though being a medical negligence claim it could have been difficult and upsetting our courteous and very understanding lawyer Ms Lorraine O’Brien was so communicative, always available to answer questions,relayed the entire case in a manner that the layman could easily understand, whilst taking away all the angst that could have ensued in a legal dispute involving the sad demise of a loved one.
Even though these cases take time to resolve we were kept informed at all stages of its status without having to harass
Her commitment to our case was unrelenting with only our interests at heart.
Prior to accepting the case Ms O’Brien had thoroughly dissected the findings of the hospital trust report and was true to her word when advising that there was a case to answer and the positive outcome was as she initially advised
I would have no hesitation in recommending Slater and Gordon and in particular our experience with Ms O’Brien in such cases
You will be in safe hands

Excellent Service and great support

I was advised to use this company…
I was advised to use this company through my Union as they would help me with a personal injury claim (food poisoning). Rung them on 3 occasions today and spoke to 3 separate females (foreign accents) to which I found it extremely hard to understand. First one put me through to the relevant department who then proceeded to tell me “we don’t deal with with this type of claims” even though it one of their fields on the website. Then second time my details were taken and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then cut off and thirdly the same as the second time. Absolutely awful customer care and wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole, management need to look into their process because the rating I’ve given is true and could not put a zero stars here 😡 .

Occupational hearing case
Slater and Gordon solicitors represented myself in a case against my former employer for hearing loss. Sahmaira Malik who dealt with my case throughout seemed very knowledgeable on the subject and kept me updated throughout with all the up to date and relevant information. I felt very comfortable with everything she discussed and she had a very friendly and professional attitude. Everything was settled without having to go to court

Very Fast but Inaccurate
Very fast, however I know 100% that I have had more than one financial agreement since 2007. After presenting all my previous post codes and addresses prior, it only finds one agreement.
