This was the first time we have visited Pembrokeshire & we loved it. The cottage was perfect for us - located centrally allowing us to visit a variety of beaches & villages. Having stayed in self-catering cottages around the country on many occasions, The Coach House was definitely the most well appointed cottage we've stayed in (next time, i'll leave half of what i took at home as Dympna & Bill had provided it all!)

Thank you for all the information about the area, for the welcome hamper & all the doggie items you provided - we'd definitely like to visit again.

The Coach House had everything we needed - it was well equipped, a basket of essential grocery items provided on arrival, coffee (including Tassimo pods), several types of tea (Clipper), treats for the dog and all the condiments, cooking oil etc that are needed to feel right at home from the outset. The attention to detail is extraordinary, probably the best we have ever encountered in a holiday home. We also appreciated the strong focus on recycling and eco-friendly washing up liquid etc. as this chimes with our own wishes to live greener lives. The owners kept in regular touch by WhatsApp to make sure sure we were comfortable and though they were away when we arrived they had arranged for a lovely local woman, Lorraine, to welcome us.

We prepared most of our meals in the Coach House. The kitchen/dining room is quite small and was a bit of a squeeze for the four of us at times. The living room, on the other hand, is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and a decent quality television. It has just the one bathroom with toilet included so even with four guests some patience was required in the mornings and at night getting ready for bed. The shower was excellent and we never ran out of hot water.

The outdoor space is quite limited but is attractively presented with borders, potted plants, a table with benches, garden seat and a gravelled area. The location on the outskirts of Neyland is suburban and the nearby roads are relatively quiet and pleasant for dog walking. There is a grassy area just 3 minutes walk away which is ideal for dogs.

The Coach House was the perfect base for exploring the local area; we completed several coastal and river-side walks as well as visited St David's, Tenby and Picton Castle all of which are within a 30 minutes drive. We would love to return.

This was our third stay at The Coach House and as always - first class. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. Ideally situated for us, 2 minutes from Neyland Marina where we launch our little boat. Lovely little enclosed garden for our dog. Dymphona and Bill are perfect hosts.

A very clean a well furbished and newly renovated location to celebrate our vacations. The owners are very nice and helpful people, we enjoyed our stay twice with a family of six plus big dog. The surroundings of Pembrokshire is a good mixture out of very nice coast line, natural reserve, heavy oil industry and military training area. A good place to be! We love it and get back a third time.

So glad we booked this amazing cottage. It is well appointed for humans and dogs. Our party felt very at home here. It’s close to amenities and plenty of places to eat. Tenby is picture perfect and a day out at stackpole and barafundle bay was really lovely. I would definitely recommend the barn at Sleekstone properties. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay.

Amazing!! We spend Christmas here and had the best time. Wasn’t sure how it was going to feel being away for Christmas but felt like home and was just as magical!! Thank you so much! It was so clean, the layout and decoration was fabulous and had everything we needed and more!! Am booking to stay again in December this year

We returned to the Coach House for Christmas last year after having such a wonderful stay the year before. Dympna and Bill and such wonderful hosts, they have simply thought of everything. We have 2 dogs and to go somewhere that is so dog friendly is a must for us. The house was beautifully decorated throughout with outdoor Christmas lights and tree, with the log burner it was so magical. We had been gifted a hamper full of delicious Christmas treats and there were gifts and treats for the dogs too. They had even thought to leave us Christmas crackers, napkins and we could request a disposable foil tray if we had embarked on cooking a turkey! Everywhere is so clean and tidy but so homely, it was really like home from home. We love their approach to being eco aware and appreciate being left a week supply of loo rolls, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues, all cleaning products in the bathroom/kitchen, kitchen roll etc. Other than your own personal items you don’t need to pack a thing! We made use of the washing machine so knew we could pack light. There are so many places to visit and Bill and Dympna share lots of information on the best places to visit.
Our daughter is planning another visit later this year and we hope to be back soon! Do not hesitate to book this wonderful accommodation, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful stay at the Cottage - amenities, hosts greeting and offering all the advice, being always available if we had a question. An amazingly lovingly decorated space, where every piece has a purpose. Felt very much like home. If we are back for puffins, we will surely stay again.

Can’t recommend this place enough.
I made a last minute booking and it was the best decision I’ve made.
We were greeted by Dympna & Bill who gave a little tour and explained how to use everything.
The cottage itself was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a hamper for the dogs and for the humans!
The outdoor area was great for the dogs and very secure.
The location is ideal as a base to travel to the numerous beaches and attractions nearby.
This was my first stay here and it certainly won’t be my last!

The Barn was amazing every thing you would need in a holiday cottage ,Location fantastic to explore the beaches and places of interest and boat trips to see the islands with the puffins and more .
We booked it originally in April but unfortunately had to cancel at short notice but Dympna and Bill gave us a slot in July which I can’t thank them enough nothing was too much for them to help with any questions.
I would highly recommend Sleekstone Holidays if you want a cottage with everything .very well laid out excellent bedrooms bathroom and amazing kitchen dinner and very cosy lounge with log burner ,

Recently spent another week in The Barn (10th stay in the past 5 years) and as usual everything was perfect. Very comfortable accommodation, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need and more. Neyland is an ideal base to explore Pembrokeshire, beautiful beaches, lovely walks, excellent places to eat out and only a 20 minute drive to Tenby, one of our favourite places.

I spent a lot of time at both cottages with Sleekstone holidays over winter 25/26 due to personal circumstances.

I was instantly made to feel at home. Both cottages are exceptional and every thing has been thought of, the attention to detail is second to none, they have every utensil / accessory you could possibly need and more. The cottages are spotlessley clean and every effort has been made to ensure a comfortable stay. Although I didnt have a dog with me, they are well equipped to welcome your furry friends also.
Both are in a great location in a lovely area of Neyland which has a great community feel.
The vendors Dympna and Bill are great hosts, always making sure everything is ok and at the other end of the phone for any issues / queries.

If I ever need accommodation in the area of south Pembrokeshire, I would 100% choose here again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

We spent a week in May staying at The Barn at Sleekstone Holidays and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
It’s the perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire, but also ideal if you need to mix a break away with some work. The WiFi was excellent all week, reliable enough for calls and getting work done without any issues.
The cottage itself is beautifully done, really comfortable, spotlessly clean and properly thought through. Great kitchen, cosy living space with the log burner, comfy beds and lots of little touches that make it feel welcoming rather than just “holiday accommodation”.
It’s also genuinely dog friendly, not just dog tolerant. Our dog was as welcome as we were, and the enclosed outdoor space, nearby walks and thoughtful extras made a huge difference.
A brilliant place to stay whether you want to relax, work remotely for a few days, or explore the Pembrokeshire coast. We’ll definitely be back.

Such a beautiful well thought out cottage. Everything you could wish for. Comfy and Welcoming. We stayed as a couple with our dogs who settled straight in. They loved their welcome gifts as did we. The garden is gravel although this was no problem for our three. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Fabulous property. Clean and beautifully maintained, with all mod cons & everything you need even with dogs/kids in tow! Easy to reach lots of local beauty spots including Tenby, St David’s, Stackpole and Barafundle beach. Loads of great local pubs & restaurants for eating and drinking. Fantastic, attentive hosts. Would visit again!
