I love the mattress I purchased.
However, I went to the location in Marin and purchased my mattress late January. I was told that I would probably receive the mattress at the end of March. I didn't end up receiving it until April. They never reached out or had the decency to keep me updated on the status of my mattress & bed frame. It was a very expensive purchase & I paid everything up front. I was the one who had to reach out to see what the hell was going on & when I would be getting my mattress. I did receive a loaner mattress after I contacted them to see when I could get the loaner. I would have really appreciated better communication on their end to at least keep me updated as to when I'd be receiving my purchase & if there were any delays, instead of being left hanging wondering what's going on. The delivery crew was good though.

Disappointed with how long it took to get the shipment out. It's been a week and just now a label is being created.

I had to back order the pillow. I waited 3 months, but 365 kept in touch and gave me updates. Great company, great service, great product.

You didn’t let me know your pillow was out of stock when I ordered it. I had to reach out because I did’t receive an email with tracking information. That’s when you let me know that the pillow was out of stock. If something is out of stock on your website, then it should clearly list that near the purchase price.

Dom gave me exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed and carefully listened to regarding my needs. He provided helpful feedback and advice as well. After trying a few mattresses, I found what I believe to be the right fit.

I LOVE my wool pillow. It's the perfect fill amount and and is very soft, plush, and lightweight. Their customer service is the best of the best. You don't encounter that much nowadays. They helped me decide which pillow was right for me based on my sleeping positions and preferences.

I've had my mattress for 3 months now and it's the most comfortable bed I've ever owned! The company has been super helpful every step of the way, including the ff]ree layer swap.

The customer service was exceptional. They gave us enough time to browse and provided similar suggestions/ options to choose from. I ultimately fell in love with the mattress I chose. The mattresses are very high quality and a lot comfier than some of the mattresses I’ve used even at expensive hotels.

It’s hard to put into words what a wonderful experience we had with Sleep365 in San Rafael. I work as a nurse, so was set on finding something non-toxic that actually seemed worth the price tag. We shopped around at Avocado, Mancini’s, and Sleep365 and have been saving to purchase a new mattress for the past 2 years while living on a single income with 2 kids under 4 in the Bay Area. We did not come to our decision lightly, and I am so glad we went with Sleep365. The customer service by the owner Richard was unparalleled. He was so knowledgeable about all of the different mattress lines and products in the store and went above and beyond to help us find the best fit for our price point. Our delivery experience was excellent. The whole Sleep365 team was great. We are so happy with our customer experience and the amazing Naturepedic mattress we now have, I am recommending Sleep365 to all my friends. We’re thrilled!
