Recently received my 2 sleepband pro's...
I have been trying to get ahold of support for 3 days now, even messaging then through Facebook...
I have received no response.
The device is very uncomfortable, and the left speaker has no cushion surrounding it, making it both very uncomfortable and moves around freely so you spend a stressful 5 minutes each time you put the band
on or move it just trying to get the stupid speaker back into the correct spot over your ear.
I want to take advantage of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee to return and get my money back. But unfortunately they are un-contactable.
I'm hopeful that leaving this review gets a response as it seems the only thing they care about!!!

Ordered these when they were half price (RRP$99) with high hopes considering their advertising.
The GOOD
- Comfortable & breathable material
- blocks light very well
- can take call without removing band
- components can be removed so the band can be washed
- speakers sound clear & can be adjusted to suit the individual
- comes with a pouch
- prompt & easy delivery
- comes with thank you card to download instruction manual
And now for the BAD...
- the control panel is thick and placed in an awkward position. If you are a side sleeper it can (and does) dig into your face
- the controls are supposed to be multi-functional but they are finnicky. (A single press will skip the song and holding the button is used to lower/ raise the volume) I found it frustrating trying to adjust the volume even slightly, but instead kept skipping the song because It wasn't held down long enough. Also double clicking the play button will make a call. So that's fun...
- the speakers are very lightly padded & cause discomfort when on your side. If you manage to get them into a comfortable position they will move easily during sleep so you can wake with some pain before readjusting
- the wiring is very flimsy and the cabling can get in the way
- Does NOT block out sound. Is not sound isolating. If you want to block out sound you will have to raise the volume over the noise
- the "instruction manual" isn't so much about technical information, as it is promoting the product further. There is no information regarding how to connect, how controls work, charge time, battery capacity and length, tech specs, warnings, etc.

After ordering, delivery and testing, I would say that this might be good for someone who sleeps exclusively on their back.. but definitely not at full price. The electronic components seem cheap, wrapped in a nice covering..
They do offer a 30 day guarantee if you aren't happy with the product which I may chase up.

I just received my sleepband in post with no instructions on how to connect it to music or any information??

I put the Sleepband on ONCE and immediately knew I could not sleep in it. The headphones and controls on the side are hard and not comfortable.

Sleepband's website promises "100% guaranteed" that it's the most comfortable sleep mask. Yet they won't even return my emails asking to return it. Don't waste your money!!

Hello...I absolutely love my sleepband...and this company. I, a while ago had purchased a knock off brand of the sleepband, and it was good, but the charging mechanism went bad. I ordered the sleepband that is the top style, it is very thick, light blocking. I had an issue with it and contacted the company and was communicating with Ashley, who was great btw...very responsive and helpful. My issue was with the earbuds moving around inside the band, I felt that the on/off button was very hard to use. Ashely recommended a video and I did watch it, but in the end, it was just too frustrating for me to use the band. Ashley was happy to replace it with the original sleepband, she let me know that it had been shipped and gave me the tracking info. I received the replacement and it is soooo nice, very easy to use and the sound is amazing...and everything stays in place!!!
So, for anyone thinking about purchasing one, I say go for it!! It really is a great product and the company is even better! Just to let you all know, I purchased it because I have a wonderful husband...but he snores!! I listen to relaxing music alternating with strong thunder storms and it blocks out his snore! I also have type 1 diabetes and wear a continuous glucose monitor which is connected to my phone, if I have a low or a high reading, I am able to hear the alarm.
So thank you sleepband...and especially Ashley!!

Thank you so so much, for my 2 SleepBand models, they just arrived in the mail today, very quick delivery to Australia, only 10 days total. I ordered both the SleepBand classic, and the SleepBand Pro models

I have tried them both out and yes both are amazing for different uses. The original sleep band model is fantastic if you are just chilling out, walking around, exercising or lying down and don’t want full light blackout sleep. I particularly love the new model of the SleepBand Pro (soft, comfortable and full light blockout). I am even converted from the old model!. The controls on the side are very thin and not noticeable at all if sleeping on your side. The same speakers in both models are extremely thin and large, even more than the original SleepBand Pro model, and the sound is fantastic! A friend bought an inferior knock off copy online and the speaker quality was terrible. They were so jealous of my Sleep Band! You can also double tap on the Middle button to activate Siri, and also make and receive phone calls and chat with the inbuilt microphone and the quality is great just like my AirPods.

All round, both models are great product! The price is well worth it for the quality, don’t try inferior models.

I ordered and paid for my sleep band but received nothing. I sent countless emails and got no response then all of a sudden I get a refund for less than a quarter of what I had paid. Total scam

I had a great experience with the customer service. Really friendly and helpful. They were really flexible and quick when I contacted them to change my order.

I love the quality and sound from my sleepband. I have used another sleepband (more expensive) for several years and find the quality of sound, fit and manufacture of the this current product to be equal or greater than that one.

SleepBand has been the answer in solving a nightly problem. As one of millions of people who have tinnitus, that constant ringing or whooshing in the ear, I dreaded going to bed because the quieter it was, the more bothersome the noise in my ear. This made sleep very difficult. If I put a fan on or the radio, the noise helped me a little, but bothered my wife. SleepBand solved this problem. It’s a comfortable ‘headband’ with built in earphones that are wireless and Bluetooth connected. I just plug my IPhone at night and listen to rain and thunderstorms. This gives me the sound I need to fall asleep without disturbing my wife. I can’t say enough about SleepBand. If you are bothered by tinnitus, I highly recommend SleepBand. It will help you get the sleep at night that you need.

The sleep band isn't exactly what we were looking for, so we got a refund AND the older model to try out - no charge! It's so tough to find good customer service these days. Ashley was very sweet and accommodating.

Good product although it was not for me; could not adapt to use it, so it was a really pleasant surprise to see how fast my return was addressed and the excellent service I received throughout. Thank you Ashley! Also, the shipping to Europe was really fast.

I love my Sleepband, but my review is for their A+ service. I wrote to ask if there was a way to shut off the blinking light (it was disrupting my wife's sleep). There was not, as I had an older model. Their solution was to proactively ship me the new model, even though I hadn't asked for it. That's fantastic customer service. Thank you Ashley W!

Absolutely love it. Took me a bit to figure out where the charge port was (it's kind of hidden on the inside of the headband), but it charges quick and lasts for 3-4 days (depending on if I remember to turn it off in the mornings). Audio is a little on the quiet side, so I have trouble hearing some ASMR videos, but in general it's quite nice. Much nicer than trying to sleep with headphones in! Had an issue with one side not working anymore, was sent a new one within a few days. A+ customer service, Ashley was very apologetic for not being able to get to my email right away, but I completely get that. Especially with the pandemic still ongoing. Have recommended to a number of friends that they get one.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. I expected to wait because this will come from China. Fine. They Give you these generic updates to keep you thinking it’s coming. Then they tell you it’s out for delivery and it never comes. One day it’s arriving at your home by 9pm. Then it does t show up. I email with no response. Then I get another update stating it waiting to be scanned. Again I email. No response. I haven’t even gotten this product and I can’t tell you how frustrated I am with this process. I e never even heard of Yun Express delivery. Can’t track it without downloading an app. And if I believe their updates I guess I just get to keep hoping for a miracle that one day it will be correct. Never again.

Very well made and quality material. Unfortunately, as a side sleeper, this doesn't really work for me. The speakers themselves are quite thick and hard, making it somewhat uncomfortable on your ear when laying down.

Would recommend it for anyone who sleeps on their backs, but side sleepers may not enjoy this.

I ordered my SleepBand and was so excited. I listen to audio every night to go to sleep. It arrived but it wouldn't charge. I tried everything but no luck. I contacted Sleepband and told them of my dilema. Sent a photograph.The tech team looked at and immediately sent me a new Sleepband. This one not only charges easily but is so comfortable to wear and gives me a great way to nod off at night.
The product is excellent and their customer service was also excellent. I would happily recommend Sleepband to anyone....

I orderd my sleepband pro, which I actually didnt want to order (so totally my fault), they just offered me the normal sleepband with no additional costs.

I received the second one, I am super satisfied with the products

I loved my sleepband. It is very comfortable to sleep and listen to my favorite ASMR videos. I'm a side sleeper and I was a little worried about how it would feel, but it exceeded my expectations :)

Pro: cheaper then sleephones
Cons: no sizes just one standard size, feels abit loose but acceptable i guess, bluetooth module big but at least its on the front so no problems via side sleeping but why not encase the module in silicone or at least the band should have some cushioning pocket for the bluetooth module to sit in

p.s tracking showed it in china then had a long journey to the US to then be shipped to australia. According to the globe/map it would've been faster/shorter distance to send it to me via china?

pps why call them noise cancelling headphones when they cant be noise cancelling since they're external i.e they're speakers
