Mattresses are excellent quality but the delivery was cancelled on the morning of the delivery day. Reading other reviews before I purchased, I was expecting it.

Quality Travelodge mattress direct from manufacturer at a discount price " What's not to like about it!!!" Prompt and efficient delivery and removal of old mattress at a reasonable price. Very happy with every aspect of this this purchase, a six star supplier.

Relatively straightforward, we had to wait a few weeks for a delivery date, and delivery lads were in and out in no time and didn't offer any help in getting the Mattress upstairs, not sure what would have happened if we were unable to do it ourselves,

What an amazing company! Initially experienced the bed on a hotel stay, then contacted customer services for advice. All seamless from ordering to delivery within 10 days. The delivery guys were incredible, disassembling our old bed and taking away (not just the mattress) and assembling the new bed with utmost care.

We ordered the mattress because we thought it was good value for money. We were kept informed of delivery date and time. It was immediately obvious that the mattress was very comfy. We have now had it for over a month and have slept much better since having this mattress.

All good just how it should be

Price and product is of good value. From ease of ordering to the very good delivery with the inclusion of taking the old product. A very good company to deal with.

This is a review of the Sleepeezee Luxe 2800 mattress to inform potential buyers of a possible design issue.
Initially this mattress seemed OK for my mother but recently after 6 months of use she has been unable to sleep on it at all due to the mattress tufts digging in to her back and hips and causing severe back problems.
This has made her feel very unwell and at 88 is something that she has never experienced before with any mattress.
The problem seems to be that the mattress tufts consist of a wool tuft that covers a hard plastic fastener that becomes more prominent with settling of the upholstery layers. She only weighs 9 stone so I don't think her weight is an issue.
In desperation she added a memory foam topper and was able to sleep without pain suggesting that the hard plastic component of the mattress tufts is the problem.
She is very disappointed as she thought she was buying a more expensive mattress that would be comfortable.

The mattress arrived on time. It's very comfortable. The delivery men were very polite.

The mattress was lost before delivery and I was only told after I made repeated calls for information. I have complained and asked for some compensation. No response to that request so far.

Sleepezee Dreamer mattress received 10 March 2026 is comfortable so far, but time will tell over the five year warranty period.
The BAD NEWS was the incompetent delivery by Sleepezee's contractors, AIT Home Delivery. As detailed in my separate 1 star review of that firm, AIT has failed me at every stage since their two clowns came through my door, trailing mud over the carpets, knocking pictures off the wall and smashing them, hitting lights, marking the new mattress and throwing the discarded packing on the floor for me to clear up. When challenged, the clowns didn't apologise, barely even acknowledged my complaints, but simply said this was their first time at the job!
There followed several exchanges with AIT, who simply replied initially that they had sub-let the delivery to others, but if I wished to make a claim I should comply with their ridiculous requirements, including submitting contemporaneous photo or video footage of the damage occurring! I pointed out that a task can be sub-let but responsibility cannot. There followed further faux legalese and aggressive gobbledegook, resulting in my recent ONE STAR Trustpilot review for AIT Home Delivery. Unsurprisingly, AIT's response to my Trustpilot review was more meaningless corporate gobbledegook.
Similarly, Sleepezee cannot escape responsibility for inflicting such an incompetent and hostile subcontractor on me, and I suggest they own my complaint and pursue it with AIT Home Delivery. If they do so and respond directly to me favourably, I shall be glad to revise my review of Sleepezee.
In any event, I recommend Sleepezee changes its delivery agent.

Just the right degree of firmness: ideal.

I purchased a Sleepeezee Gel 2200 medium firm mattress in late July 2024 from an independent retailer for £899, expecting a mattress that would last at least 10 years. Unfortunately, by November 2025 the mattress had developed significant loss of support and a substantial softening of the top gel layer, resulting in a mattress which is no longer medium firm but soft. This is really not what I expected from a product at this price point and a change that has rendered the product extremely uncomfortable, frankly not as purchased. When I contacted Sleepeezee directly, they sent out an investigator who declared 'no manufacturing faults'. The family-run retailer's business has since retired and closed. This has left me with no route for support, despite the issue clearly relating to the product’s durability rather than misuse or wear and tear. I fully understand that warranties have terms, but a reputable manufacturer should stand behind the quality of its products — especially when the retailer is no longer trading and the customer has no other avenue for help. Sleepeezee declined to review the case further, even though the problem is not consistent with what a consumer should expect from a mattress of this specification and price, stating 'mattresses soften'. After less than 2 years? I bought a medium firm mattress and I now have a soft one, not what I bargained for. I would encourage anyone considering a purchase with Sleepeezee to be aware that you may be left without assistance if anything goes wrong. And do not touch Sleepeezee's gel mattresses with a barge pole!

Just about ok mattress but wanted it firmer and it is not firm enough on the sides. Not sure it is worth what I paid.

No edge support. Failed to inflate in 24 hours to claimed dimensions. No instructions or information included in shipment.

However, Royal Mail never delivered on all the dates requested and confirmed by email. They continually arrived unannounced and when a final date was yet again agreed they arrived the day later with an extremely battered mattress vacuum packed in a torn and battered box. I just happened to be in. Sleepeezee were very considerate and have offered a collection and full refund. I cannot tell you the saga this has been.
